We must reset our minds-Team Manager Hori

Comment from Team Manager Hori after the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup final match against Kashima Antlers

I braced myself to take the challenge of playing the final match against Kashima Antlers together with my team members. However, I came to learn that Kashima Antlers was one level higher than us. I would like to congratulate the team for winning the title.
I would also like to honor Urawa Reds’ former team manager Petrovic as he had led the team thus far together with the team players. However, at the very end, I was put in the position of leading the team to go through the final match. I feel sorry for not being able to achieve a good result in the end.
Nonetheless, despite the challenges we faced such as one of our players being sent off from the pitch, I thought that our team players did well. Since there are several league matches waiting ahead of us, I would like to reset our minds to pursue our next goal from now.
