Transfer, resale and seat change services

What is a resale service?

This is a service that allows you to resell season tickets that you can no longer use through J.League Ticket for a fee.
(Only applicable to season ticket holders who have selected an IC card)
This service also allows third parties (limited to J.League ID holders) to purchase the season tickets that have been put up for sale. Tickets can be put up for sale and purchased on Trial basis.
*Purchases are not limited to season ticket holders.
The average success rate of the resale service is approximately 74% when reselling within one week of the start of the listing period. (As of the end of September 2024 season)

About ticket transfer

If you have purchased a season ticket, you can transfer tickets for Trial you cannot attend to your family or friends free of charge from your One Touch Pass My Page. You can also cancel tickets that you have transferred. Transfers and cancellations must be completed by 23:59 on the day before Trial.

What is the seat change service?

This is a service that allows you to change or repurchase your season ticket to a different seat on J.League Ticket.
You can change your season ticket seat to another seat of the same type or upgrade (downgrade) to a different seat type, and you can also purchase tickets for companions at the same time.

*To use the transfer, resale, and seat change services, you must link your J.League ID and One Touch Pass ID.

About priority admission service at home games

You can enter both non-reserved seats and reserved seats earlier than general admission!

If you have Home supporter's seat, you can participate in the priority admission lottery for Home supporter's seat exclusive to season ticket holders!

Seat change service

In order to help create bonds between fans and supporters, we offer a seat change service so that you can invite your friends and family.
This is a service that allows you to change your seat on the day of Trial, for example, if you want to watch the game from a seat that is less likely to get wet in the rain, or if you want to watch the game next to family or friends who do not have season tickets.
*If you have a season ticket (IC card type), please consider using the seat change service.

Season ticket IC card holders

At the seat change service reception desk, we will check MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE season ticket IC card. Please come to the designated desk with your card ready.

Season ticket paper ticket holders

The Seat Change Service reception will check your paper ticket. Please prepare it and come to the dedicated desk.

About flag kids recruitment

You can apply to become a Flag Kids (elementary and junior high school students) who will lead the players onto the pitch with the "SPORTS FOR PEACE" flag before Trial.
Details of the match will be provided in the club information for each Trial.

Name change system

We have a system in place that allows you to change (transfer) the name of your policy to a family member or friend when applying for renewal.

Saitama City "Hometown Tax Donation"

As a thank-you gift for making a donation to Saitama City's "Hometown Support" program (hometown tax donation), you can apply for a "2026/27 Urawa Reds Season Ticket".
*The thank-you gift is only available to those residing outside of Saitama City.
*Both new and continuing applications are eligible for Saitama City's "Hometown Support" donation (hometown tax donation).

What is Hometown Tax?

Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) is a system that allows you to contribute to the development of a region by making a donation to a local government you wish to support.
For donations exceeding 2,000 yen, you can receive a reduction (deduction) in resident tax or a refund (reimbursement) of income tax up to the maximum amount by filing a tax return.
The maximum amount that can be deducted varies depending on your annual income and family structure.
Residents of the municipality to which the donation will be made are not eligible for the thank-you gift.

• The amount shown above is the donation amount and differs from the regular retail price.
• For donations exceeding 2,000 yen, you can receive a reduction (deduction) in resident tax or a refund (reimbursement) of income tax up to the maximum amount by filing a tax return.
• * Trial in question will be announced on the club's official website after the schedule is released.
• *Premium seats and SS reserved seats include a matchday program.
• * Home supporter's seat U-23 tickets are for those aged 23 or younger at the time of application.
• *Please note that if the maximum number of seats for each seat type is reached, sales may end even during the registration period.
• *Due to the specifications of the Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) application system, it is not possible to apply for adult, U-23, and elementary/junior/senior high school student tickets at the same time for SB reserved seats and Home supporter's seat general admission seats. Also, only one seat type can be applied for per application. Wheelchair accessible seats are not available for application.
• *You can select up to 12 seats when making a reservation. Reservations for 13 or more seats cannot be made at once.
• *Please note that if you apply in multiple installments, the reserved seats may not be consecutive.

How to apply

1. STEP 1: Apply through Urawa Reds season ticket website.

   1. 1. From Urawa Reds season ticket reception site (https://event.tike-uke.com/ss/reds/), select <[Furusato Choice] First New Purchase Reception>.
   2. ②Please check the notes and agree to them before proceeding.
   3. ③ On the payment and collection method confirmation screen, "Other" will be automatically selected as the payment method. Please confirm this and proceed to "Next".
   4. ④ Please keep a copy of the "Furusato Choice URL" and "application number" displayed on the application completion screen.
      *You can also check your application details, Furusato Choice URL, and application number in the confirmation email.

2. STEP 2 Apply for and pay for your donation through Furusato Choice.

   1. ⑤ Access the provided URL and complete your donation application and payment through Furusato Choice by the deadline below.
      *The secretariat may contact customers who have not completed their donation application and payment through Furusato Choice to confirm.
      *Please be sure to enter the "application number" issued on this site in the comments section.
      *Please apply for the same seat type and number of tickets as you applied for on this website.
      *The person who is the representative of the application on this website must apply and make a donation through Furusato Choice.

• ・Residents registered in Saitama City are not eligible to apply through the Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) program. Please apply through general sales.
• - After applying on the season ticket website, your application will be complete once you have made your donation application and payment through Furusato Choice.
• If the application details (number of tickets, application number) on both sites do not match, your application will not be processed correctly.
  *The secretariat may contact you to confirm details of your application.
  *If we are unable to process your request correctly, we may cancel it.
• ・To apply through Furusato Choice, you must register as a Furusato Choice member.
• ・Please use the payment method specified by Furusato Choice.
  ○: Credit card, smartphone payment, ID payment, carrier billing, etc.
  ✕: Convenience store payment, postal transfer, bank transfer
• • Applications for hometown tax donations will only be accepted via IC card. (Paper tickets cannot be selected.)
• - If you apply through the Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) program, you will not be eligible for the resale service or the benefits of purchasing a replica uniform set.
• As a special gift, you can normally choose between "limited edition goods" or "REX POINTS," but if you apply through the Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) program, you will receive "limited edition goods."
• ・Cancellations after application and termination during the season are not accepted.
• - Please note that donations will not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or reissued after they have been received, regardless of the reason, including in the event of Trial being cancelled.
• ・Application information will be used by PIA Corporation, the reward provider, for purposes such as providing rewards and confirming application details.

FAQs

I would like to check if my online application has been completed. What should I do?

After registration is completed, we will send an application completion email to the email address of the representative who registered at the time of application, so you can check it there.
You can also check your application history on the top page of the application website.

Can I apply online for group integration/split and name change?

Changes cannot be made through the online application. Applications must be made using the application form for mail.

Can I use the transfer, resale, and seat change services with paper tickets?

Transfer, resale and seat change services are limited to IC cards.

Can I use a credit card to pay at 7-Eleven?

If paying at a 7-Eleven, payment can only be made in cash. Credit card payments are only available for applications made through the online application site.

Until when can I purchase the 2026/27 season 1st replica uniform premium set?

This item will only be available for purchase until 13:00 on Thursday, May 14th. Please note that there will be no further sales after that time.

What happens if the player selected for the 2026/27 season 1st replica uniform premium set is no longer a member of the team for the 2026/27 season due to a transfer or other reason?

The numberless uniform + Red Voltage will be changed to a coupon that allows you to print the player's name and uniform number for free.
Please note that in that case you will need to visit Red Voltage.

Can I change to a wheelchair seat by applying online?

To change to a wheelchair seat, please use the application form enclosed in the pamphlet.
