Does the stadium have a roof?: The main stand and back stand of Saitama Stadium 2002 have a roof, but the seats near the pitch of the main lower stand and back lower stand (rows 1 to 18) are not covered by the roof and rain gear (rain raincoats, etc.) need a poncho. However, depending on how the rain falls and the direction of the wind, some seats may be blown in.

Are there nursing rooms or diaper changing areas at the stadium?: At Saitama Stadium 2002, there is a nursing room in front of the 218 entrance on the back lower concourse. You can also breastfeed in five medical rooms in the stadium (two on the main lower concourse, one on the back lower concourse, one on the main upper concourse, and one on the back upper concourse). Please speak to a nearby staff member or information desk when using these facilities.
There are diaper changing beds in almost all women's restrooms and some men's restrooms (25 locations throughout the stadium). Look for the diaper changing bed sign at the restroom entrance. Please note that diapers are not sold at the stadium, so please bring your own.

Is there childcare at the stadium?: Specialized staff will take care of your child at the nursery room in the stadium. Advance reservation is required for use.

Can strollers be checked in at home games?: At the information desk inside the venue, there is space available where you can park strollers and wheelchairs.
The stewards cannot look after your luggage, but there is space available, so please ask at the information desk and use the space.

Is it okay to watch a game with a child on my lap?: Preschool children can watch the game on their laps.
One preschooler can enter for free per adult. Even if you are a preschooler, please purchase a ticket if you need a seat.

Please tell me more about watching wheelchair games: Saitama Stadium 2002 has a wheelchair spectator stand and sells wheelchair-specific tickets.
Wheelchair accessible seats are available for each spectator, and one helper may be brought along free of charge. Wheelchair accessible parking is also available.
This seating area is also available for those who have difficulty watching the game from a standard seat, such as those accompanied by a large assistance dog.
Wheelchair accessible tickets are available from REX TICKET, J.League Ticket and Ticket Pia.

What are the opening times for home games?: It's three hours before kickoff.
*Visiting supporters may enter the venue 2.5 hours before the start of the match.
*This may vary depending on Trial.

Can I eat at the stadium?: Eating and drinking is permitted inside the stadium. There are food and drink stalls both inside and outside the stadium, so please feel free to enjoy them.

Is smoking allowed in the stadium?: Smoking is prohibited inside the stands. Please smoke in the designated smoking areas.

Currently, there are some installed on the pedestrian deck at Saitama Stadium 2002. If you are not sure where to find them, please ask a member of staff.
Please note that the installation situation may change depending on Trial.

Please tell me the title of the song played during warm-ups and player entrances at home games.: Currently, Urawa Reds are the official curators of Apple's music streaming service, "Apple Music," and are distributing a variety of playlists including background music for the in-stadium broadcast "GO REDS GO!" and the players' pre-Trial songs, so be sure to check them out.

Please tell me the name of the song that plays at the time of player entrance at the home game: The name of the song is "First Impressions".
It is included in the Urawa Reds Official Supporters Song ~Mini Album~ "KEEP・ON・RISING" (product number SRCL3477) released by Sony Music.

I would like to apply for the "Happy Birthday" corner announced at home games for a player whose birthday falls on the day Trial.: To apply, please read the important notes and then apply using the application form.
For Trial for which a Match Day Programme (MDP) is published, the information will also be published in the MDP.

■Notes
・This offer is only available to those whose birthday falls on the day of the home game. Please note that we cannot introduce anyone whose birthday falls on any other day.
・Please note that submissions submitted after the deadline or with incomplete information will not be published.
・The players will be introduced on the Aurora Vision screen during the in-stadium announcement "GO REDS GO!" 70 minutes before the start Trial. (There will be no introductions at halftime.)
・Applications for all Trial will be accepted via the form above.
・If the applicant is someone other than the applicant, please obtain the applicant's consent and include the name and phone number of the person who introduced the applicant.
Gender will not be disclosed.
・This applies to home games hosted by Urawa Reds. Official matches such as the Emperor's Cup are not included, even if they are held at Saitama Stadium 2002 or Urawa Komaba Stadium.
・Please note that pets and other animals cannot be included in the entry.
・Multiple applications will not be invalid, so if you are unsure whether you have applied, we recommend that you apply again.

How are players' cheering songs decided?: The supporters voluntarily make and sing.

What should I do if I forget something at the stadium?: Lost items will be kept at the Trial venue, so please contact us at the address listed below.
If you find anything lost inside the stadium, please return it to the information desk or leave it with a member of staff nearby.

Where do the players practice?: We practice mainly at Ohara Training Ground in Saitama City.

When will the practice schedule be decided?: The schedule for the following week will be decided around the weekend. Please check the "Training Schedule" page.

Is it possible to observe practice at any time?: On designated days only, you will be able to observe practice sessions on "open days," so please check the "Training Schedule" page in advance.

Can I use the parking lot when watching practice?: There is no parking lot for general visitors. Please be sure to use public transportation when coming to the event.
*Please refrain from parking at nearby facilities such as the Saitama Prefecture Disability Exchange Center.

I would like to know the date of the fan service: Fan services will be provided in the fan service area only on days when training at Ohara Training Ground is open to the public.

About the club

What other activities do you do apart from those involving the men's top team?: Mainly, the "ladies" who compete in the "WE League", the top league for women's soccer in Japan. There is a "junior" for boys in the 4th to 6th grades of elementary school. In addition, there are the Ladies Junior Youth (1st and 2nd grades of junior high school) and Ladies Youth (3rd grade of junior high school to high school), which are subordinate organizations of the Ladies, and they compete in leagues in which they participate.

I would like my child to learn soccer at the Reds academy (Youth U-18 High School Team/Junior Youth U-15 Junior High School Team/Junior U-12).: The youth team (high school age) is currently in the process of forming a team through promotion from junior youth and recruiting players through scouting, and there are no plans for selection.
The Junior Youth Team (junior high school age) selection will target 6th grade elementary school students, while the Junior Team (elementary school age) selection will target 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders.
An overview of the selection will be announced on the Academy Official Site.

Is there a soccer school for the Reds?: The aim is to spread the joy of soccer and nurture people's minds through soccer, and the "Urawa Reds Heart-full School" is offered as a course.
In addition, we provide the teaching methods of Urawa Reds, such as "Heartful Mind" to develop the "heart" of Heart-full Club, and "How to use and move your body smoothly", which is a feature of our soccer school, centered on the teaching content of Urawa Reds Diamond Method). Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School" is also being implemented.

I would like to become a Reds player.Is there a selection or test?: We do not select top teams (professional players). Also, the youth team (high school students) is also organized by promotion from junior youth (junior high school students) and scouting, and selection is not done. The junior youth (junior high school) team will target 6th grade elementary school students, and the junior team (elementary school age) selection will target 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders.

Reds Ladies are not selected or tested. Women's Junior Youth is a selection for girls in the 6th grade of elementary school. Details of the selection will be announced on the official women's site.

Do you have a fan club or support group?: There is a membership "REX CLUB" aimed at fans and supporters sharing various experiences related to Urawa Reds, deepening "bonds" and feeling the happiness of having friends.
There are also forms of support, the “Official Supporters Club” and the“ Urawa Reds Supporters Association.” Please apply after understanding the characteristics and activities of each.

Is the Reds doing anything related to futsal?: We rent out futsal classes and futsal courts at the sports facility "Reds Land" operated by the Reds. Anyone can participate.

I forgot to buy an MDP at Trial venue. Can I buy one later?: Regarding MDP back numbers, only MDPs issued in the current year are sold at the online shop or Red Voltage.
