In addition to vigorously pushing forward with the "SPORTS FOR PEACE!" project and working to eradicate discrimination, we must also review the current rules for spectating and the way the stadium is operated, create a "safe and comfortable stadium," and bring back a passionate stadium where everyone can express their feelings.

[Regarding recent events and cases]

  • During the second match of the AFC Champions League group stage match against Brisbane Roar FC (home) on March 4, Brisbane Roar fans watching the match in the visitor area put up a banner reading "HAVING A WHALE OF A DAY". did. The AFC fined visiting team Brisbane Roar US$2,000 on March 31 for the banner, which it said was offensive or contained political intent.

  • On November 22, 2014, during the J1 League Round 32 home game Gamba Osaka, an incident occurred in the south side stand where a taiko drum was used without permission and continued to be used despite requests from club staff to stop, disrupting the management Trial. Two of the three involved have been banned from attending one Trial, and the remaining one has been asked to refrain from attending one Trial. Both incidents occurred at the J1 League Round 34 home game against Nagoya Grampus on December 6.
    In this case, the player used a taiko drum in the stands without applying for permission, and did not comply with requests from club staff to stop. Those wishing to use drums and other reading items must apply to the club, and then communicate with other interested parties and clubs before using them. We believe that communication between users and with the club will lead to the creation of a safe and comfortable stadium. Any behavior that the club considers to be disruptive to Trial, a nuisance to others, or that may be dangerous, as well as behavior that does not follow the instructions of club staff and officials, are prohibited.   • On January 24th, at a Reds Ladies home game held at Urawa Komaba Stadium, an incident occurred in which championship commemorative stickers distributed to spectators after Trial were stuck on the windows of spectators' vehicles parked in the car park on the stadium grounds, causing a nuisance.
    Although we have not been able to identify the person responsible, this type of nuisance behavior is not acceptable and is regrettable for the club.
    We ask for your understanding and cooperation from all visitors to the stadium.
  • During the match against Vissel Kobe in Round 18 of the J-League on August 2, there was a problem with a parasol. Regarding "rules and manners for spectators," it states, "Umbrellas cannot be used in the stands. Please use rain gear such as ponchos when it rains, as there is a possibility of harming other customers." Please be careful not to disturb other people when using umbrellas or parasols in the stadium grounds such as the plaza or around the stadium. (August 8)
  • During the 17th round of the J-League match against Kashima Antlers (home) on July 27, a gust of wind occurred in the south square before the gates opened. It became a dangerous situation, such as tents and other structures being blown by the wind and falling over. We would like to once again thank the supporters of both teams and many of you for supporting the setup and for helping us with the removal.
    We would also like to offer our heartfelt sympathies to those who were caught in a fallen tent, or who suffered injuries such as bruises and abrasions during the removal work.

  • On April 22nd, the J.League revised its security-related regulations for Trial management, including clarifying the prohibition of "discriminatory, insulting, or offensive speech or behavior that violates public order and morals." In response to this, Urawa Reds revised their Trial management regulations to comply with the J.League regulations (April 25th).
  • It was later revealed that multiple color copies of the exchange ticket were used for the season ticket holder benefit (Taomahu exchange) held at the J-League Round 8 match against Kawasaki Frontale (home) on April 19. . Please refrain from such actions that violate the rules.
  • On April 16th, at the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup home game against Tokushima Vortis, an intoxicated spectator in a reserved seat in the main stand was asked to leave the venue due to causing a nuisance to the surrounding area. Alcohol intoxication is prohibited by Trial management regulations, and measures such as ejection from Trial venue may be taken.   2. Regarding decorative banners, applications are required, but there is a possibility that different operation rules will be set for banners (February 2015). Regarding visuals, the ban was lifted on November 15, 2015 under the application system. It will be posted according to the rules.
  3. Official flags and OSC (Official Supporters Club) flags can only be displayed as flags (not using the handrail). The size of the flag is limited to ready-made size, and the flag that has been processed or sewn together cannot be used. Non-genuine poles (flag poles) can be used as long as they are within 2m in length (September 8, 2016).
  4. Regarding the use of large flags (flags with metal poles), an application system was introduced in July 2015, and the ban was lifted on July 11, 2015.
