This is the Heart-full Club activity calendar for 2024 (April 2024 to March 2025).
School/elementary school class support/Reds kids/caravan/events are scheduled.

About weekdays

・If you already have two appointments on the same day, the reception will be closed. (Including events, holidays, etc.)
・If elementary school class support is for two schools on the same day, the elementary school lecture after the application will be held on a different day.

Application flow for each clinic

Fill out the dispatch request form (please download each dispatch request form)
*Please refrain from applying using anything other than the dispatch request form for 2024.

Fill out the necessary information and apply by fax (FAX 048-840-5503)

Schedule adjustment at the Heart-full Club Secretariat (reception will be done in order of fax reception)

Heart-full Club secretariat will send the date decision by FAX

One month before the event date, the coach in charge will contact you for final confirmation.

*Please note that we do not accept applications over the phone.
* Due to schedule adjustments, it may take some time for the Heart-full Club Secretariat to reply.
*If elementary school class support overlaps on the same day, "Captain Ochiai's lecture" for the later elementary school will be held on a different day.

Elementary school class support in 2024

(1) Hometown advance reception
Acceptance starts from Monday, March 4, 2024
*Hometown = Former Urawa District/Former Yono District (Urawa Ward, Minami Ward, Sakura Ward, Midori Ward, Chuo Ward)

(2) Reception outside of the above (1) area
Acceptance starts from Monday, March 18, 2024

Purpose

We want them to feel the joy of chasing a ball and moving their bodies, and at the same time, to let them know the importance of "sympathy."

Target audience

Elementary school students (in principle, as physical education classes in the 6th grade)

content

Lecture for all 6th graders in the first hour (45 minutes). In the second hour, one practical class is held for about 45 minutes. For schools with more than 4 classes, we will teach 2 classes together as 1 class.

Ground of the elementary school that received the request. We will mainly visit the former Urawa district and the former Yono district of Saitama City, but we will also go out within the prefecture.

2024 Kids Soccer

Acceptance starts from Monday, March 18, 2024

Purpose

Build your body in a healthy and fun way. We will teach you how to behave in sports.

Target audience

Kindergarten/Nursery Kindergarten seniors

Grounds for kindergartens and nursery schools in Saitama Prefecture, mainly in Saitama City. Conducted once a year.

instruction time

In consideration of the concentration of the children, the basic time is about 1 hour.

2024 Caravan
(April 1, 2024 - March 20, 2025)

Acceptance starts from Tuesday, March 26, 2024

Purpose

We will convey the fun of soccer regardless of age, gender, ground environment, or team situation.

Implementation date

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Basically, it is held in the prefecture at the place prepared by the group that applied.

Target audience

Elementary school students (up to 100 people). (Gender, skill level, experience, region, ground environment, number of players, presence or absence of instructors, etc. are not considered. As a general rule, applications will be made on a team-by-team basis.)

The guidance staff will go to the training ground of the requesting organization and become a temporary coach for one day. Opinion exchange about football with parents and others.

cost

5,500 yen (tax included). Please transfer to the designated bank account listed on the application form within one week after the caravan is conducted.

Junior high school soccer club activity support

For April 2024 to March 2025, applications will be accepted from Tuesday, March 26, 2023.

Purpose

Support for places where the advisor teacher is too busy to give guidance.

Target audience

Target schools are decided through the soccer club of the Junior Athletic Federation (in Saitama Prefecture)

We will provide sports (soccer) venues for people with various disabilities and let them know how fun it is.
Exchange meetings with senior soccer and ladies soccer are held.
