This is Heart-full Club 's planned activities calendar for fiscal year 2026 (April 2026 to March 2027).
The schedule includes school and elementary school class support, Reds Kids, caravans, and events.

About weekdays

・If you already have two appointments on the same day, the reception will be closed. (Including events, holidays, etc.)
・If elementary school class support is for two schools on the same day, the elementary school lecture after the application will be held on a different day.

2026 Elementary School Class Support

(1) Hometown advance reservations
Applications open from 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026
*Hometown = Former Urawa district and former Yono district (Urawa Ward, Minami Ward, Sakura Ward, Midori Ward, Chuo Ward)

(2) Reception outside the area specified in (1) above
Applications open from 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026

Purpose

Our goal is to have the children experience the joy of moving their bodies by chasing a ball with vigor, while also learning the importance of consideration for others.

Target audience

Elementary school students (in principle, as physical education classes in the 6th grade)

content

During the first period, a talk by the captain or coach for all 6th graders (45 minutes)
In the second period, one class will have practical training for about 45 minutes. For schools with four or more classes, two classes will be taught together in one period.

place

Ground of the elementary school that received the request. We will mainly visit the former Urawa district and the former Yono district of Saitama City, but we will also go out within the prefecture.

*Due to existing school sessions on Mondays and Fridays, there are limited dispatch days. Please consider Tuesdays through Thursdays.
*If the desired date for the lecture overlaps with another organization, we may need to adjust the schedule (to hold the lecture on a different day) or it may not be possible to hold the lecture. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that applications submitted before the start date of applications will be invalid.

2026 Kids Soccer

Applications open from 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026

Purpose

Build your body in a healthy and fun way. We will teach you how to behave in sports.

Target audience

Kindergarten/Nursery Kindergarten seniors

Grounds for kindergartens and nursery schools in Saitama Prefecture, mainly in Saitama City. Conducted once a year.

instruction time

In consideration of the concentration of the children, the basic time is about 1 hour.

free

*If there is only one class, we may ask you to join other kindergartens or visit two kindergartens on the same day for one class, so if you are applying for one class at a kindergarten, we may ask you to adjust the time.

2026 Caravan

Registration begins at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026

Purpose

We will convey the fun of soccer regardless of age, gender, ground environment, or team situation.

Implementation date

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Basically, it is held in the prefecture at the place prepared by the group that applied.

Target audience

Elementary school students (up to 100 people). (Gender, skill level, experience, region, ground environment, number of players, presence or absence of instructors, etc. are not considered. As a general rule, applications will be made on a team-by-team basis.)

The guidance staff will go to the training ground of the requesting organization and become a temporary coach for one day. Opinion exchange about football with parents and others.

5,500 yen (tax included)
*To apply for the caravan, you will need to register your credit card information. Please have it ready when you complete the procedure. Payment will be made at the time of application. (5,500 yen/tax included)
*If the event is cancelled on the day of the event, a refund will be given.

*Please note that if your desired dispatch date overlaps with another organization, we may be unable to cooperate or may not be able to carry out the program.
*The J.League 2026-27 season (opening in August 2026) will transition from the spring-autumn system used last year to an autumn-spring system.
As a result, the schedule for home games and other events for the 2026-27 J.League season remains undecided.
Therefore, please note that applications for weekends and public holidays from September 2014 to March 2015 will be accepted once the schedule for the 2026-27 J.League season has been confirmed.

Junior high school soccer club activity support

Applications for April 2026 to March 2027 will be accepted from Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
(Please contact the Junior High School Athletic Federation's soccer department)

Purpose

Support for places where the advisor teacher is too busy to give guidance.

Target audience

Target schools are decided through the soccer club of the Junior Athletic Federation (in Saitama Prefecture)
