At Urawa Reds, our partner companies are implementing a variety of different projects (hereinafter referred to as "activations") to ensure that fans and supporters can enjoy them.
We would like to take this opportunity to look back on the activations that were carried out in the 2024 season and provide you with an overview.

Urawa Reds hope to continue working with its partners to create activations that will satisfy even more fans and supporters.
Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could take part in the survey at the end of the article to let us know your opinion of the implementation and what activations you would like to see in the future.

In addition, 10 people (REX CLUB members only) who respond to the survey will be chosen at random to receive original Urawa Reds goods!

A room tour video of POLUS Co., Ltd. 's housing exhibition center "Experience Living Park Asaka" by Shusaku Nishikawa Nishikawa, Hirokazu Ishihara, and Takahiro Sekine. The players experienced Polus's homes with the guidance of Polus employees.

The event was planned with the hope that many people would learn about Polas' custom-built homes through room tours at Polas' housing showroom, "Experience Living Park Asaka," and that those who are interested would come and visit.
It was a very satisfying event as many people watched the video and as employees we were delighted to have players visit the exhibition hall.

The 11th Urawa☆RedsLand CUP supported by Enecle will be held at Redsland

The 11th Urawa RedsLand CUP supported by Enecle was held with the support of HORIKAWA SANGYO Co.,Ltd, with the aim of providing an opportunity for 4th grade elementary school students with little match experience to play. In addition to 8 teams from the Urawa area, 20 teams, including invited teams from J-League club development organizations, participated, and a total of 62 heated matches were played. It was a lively place for exchange and competition, and provided a valuable opportunity for 4th grade elementary school students to play serious matches.

We deeply sympathize with and support the club's desire to contribute to the local community by providing a tournament for children in their "golden age," an age when physical and mental development and athletic ability are optimal. Although we are a company that usually deals with energy infrastructure, we are very happy to be able to contribute to the local community as a member that supports the growth of children who will represent the future of the region. Through this tournament, we hope to further strengthen the vitality and bonds of the entire region.

"URAWA FUTURE Award supported by Mitsubishi Motors"

The winner of the "URAWA FUTURE Award supported by Mitsubishi Motors" was determined by the total distance traveled by the player (1km is calculated as 1 vote) and votes from fans and supporters for the player they would like to lead Urawa Reds into the future. The player who receives the most votes will be the winner and will be presented with a new Outlander PHEV.
On Sunday, December 8th, at the match Albirex Niigata, the new Outlander PHEV was exhibited at the Mitsubishi Motors booth and votes were accepted.

We would like to thank the many fans and supporters who participated in the vote this year. Mitsubishi Motors and Urawa Reds have a long history together, but we have been thinking about how to support the players in this day and age, and what can Mitsubishi Motors do to help them. As the person in charge, I would be pleased if the messages of support sent by fans and supporters when voting reach the young players and motivate them.
I was also very happy to be able to interact with fans and supporters at the voting event in the final round, and it was encouraging to hear comments like, "That car is cool," or "I saw the exhibition last year and ordered a car." I will continue to work with Mitsubishi Motors to create exciting projects for everyone!

Use "Reds Cycle" to receive support funds! Temporary expansion of bicycle parking spaces on match days

200 "Reds Cycles" have appeared on "HELLO CYCLING", one of the largest bicycle sharing platforms in Japan. By using the Reds Cycles, Urawa Reds will receive support for their activities.
In addition, at Urawa Reds home games held at Saitama Stadium 2002, the number of bicycles parked at the shared bicycle station was increased, helping to improve access to the stadium.

Partner Comments

The "Reds Cycle" is deployed at stations around the country and used by everyone, not just during home games. People use the Reds Cycle to travel all over the country, and the Reds Cycle can now be seen more and more not only in Saitama City, but also in Tokyo and Kanagawa.
We will continue to offer Reds Cycle and set up temporary bicycle parking spaces next season, so please use them when you come to home games, when you return home, and in your daily life!

5/26 (Sun) Machida match "Saitama Stadium Quiz Rally" will be held to celebrate the National University Seminar Match Partnership!

On Sunday, May 26th, we held the Saitama Stadium Quiz Rally at the match against FC Machida Zelvia. The first 3,000 elementary and junior high school students to arrive could participate in this rally, taking part in quizzes on Japanese language and mathematics. If they answered correctly, they were given the chance to win original Urawa Reds goods from the National University Seminar. Participants were also given a Redia sun visor, and the event, which allowed them to experience the joy of learning and cheering, was an opportunity to deepen their ties with the Reds family.

The Saitama Stadium Quiz Rally was a huge success, attracting a wide range of fans and supporters, as well as families. The quiz rally format was a fun way for children to get to know Japanese language and mathematics, and was extremely effective in creating both the joy of learning and fun memories at the stadium.
In addition, the original Urawa Reds merchandise and Redia sun visors from the Kokudai Seminar were a big hit with not only the children but also their parents, making the experience feel special for all participants.
This project resonated with the club's philosophies of "connecting with the community" and "supporting the generations that will lead the future," and was successful in providing new value in the form of contributing to the community through learning.

The Saitamaken Shinkin Bank Urawa Reds 30 Year History Exhibition

On display were 32 Urawa Reds uniforms from the past, photographs, and the winning trophies from the 2016 Levain Cup, 2021 Emperor's Cup, and 2022 AFC Champions League, and guests were treated to a Reds room bathed in red.

Our bank has been a partner of Urawa Reds since the J.League was first established, and we have been working together to liven up Saitama with soccer for over 30 years. This time, our Urawa Branch and Urawa East Branch were newly opened in Urawa, the home ground of Urawa Reds, so we held this event so that customers who visited the branch could look back on the history of Urawa Reds. It was very well received by the customers who came, and we think it was a good idea to hold this event as it also helped promote Urawa Reds.

Newbie Campaign & Raffle at Partner Booth

JA Group Saitama is running a campaign where you can win new rice from Saitama. Shusaku Nishikawa and Naoki Maeda were chosen to appear on the posters for this year's campaign.
Additionally, on match days, our partner booths held raffles where spectators could win JA products such as rice and meat, helping to liven up the event on match days.

JA Group Saitama is running a new rice campaign featuring Urawa Reds players. Applications for the new rice campaign, which features posters featuring Nishikawa and Maeda, will be accepted until Monday, January 6, 2025, so we look forward to your continued applications!
We would also like to thank all the fans and supporters who participated in the PR raffle event held every year at Saitama Stadium.

Goal Ceremony

Since the 2009 season, Ceremony Co., Ltd. has been running a project called "Goal de Ceremony" at all home games. When Urawa Reds score a goal and the LED ad board behind the goal displays a "Ceremony advertisement," the company asks customers to donate: 1) training funds to players, 2) original stuffed toys to supporters, and 3) wheelchairs to the local community.
As a related project, we will be running a "Who's the first?" quiz campaign from the home opening game. Winners will receive a uniform signed by the scorer and original goods. This is a win-win-win project that will amplify the moment of explosion of joy for everyone! Be sure to check out the LED advertising behind the goal.

This project is designed to allow all people who wish for Urawa Reds to win to "share the joy and contribute to society."
This not only increases the motivation of the players, but also makes cheering for the team more enjoyable for the supporters, and also leads to CSR activities such as contributing to the local community.
Please pay attention to the "chain of joy" displayed on the LED advertising when a goal is scored! Along with the cheers echoing through the stadium, Urawa Reds' goal creates new excitement and contributes to the local community!

June 30th (Sun) vs. Iwata: This year we will be holding the "5,000 Step Challenge" to celebrate our partnership with Tanita!

At the match Jubilo Iwata on Sunday, June 30th, official healthcare partner TANITA corporation held a "5,000 Step Challenge" where anyone who walked more than 5,000 steps to the Tanita booth was given a 100 yen discount coupon for use at stadium food and beverage outlets, as well as an original Tanita clear file. In addition, they also had body composition scales and life-size panel displays of players, and sold Urawa Reds model thermometers and hygrometers at a special price. They also had a collaborative curry and stickers distributed to everyone, providing an opportunity to support the team in a healthy way.

Tanita implemented this event with the aim of making supporters aware that they are participating in "healthy behavior" by incorporating health elements into the actions involved in watching a match (going to the stadium, spending time at the stadium, cheering for the team, going home). We distributed all of the clear files we prepared as incentives, and feel that it was a meaningful event.

"BizReach Presents Career Talk" is being held!

On Sunday, November 10th, at the match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima, with the support of official HR partner BizReach, Inc., a talk show featuring former Urawa Reds players, "BizReach Presents Career Talk - Career turning points and new challenges discussed by former Reds players," was held.
Former Urawa Reds players Takeshi Mizuuchi, Keita Suzuki, Daisuke Nasu, and Takuya Nagata spoke about their post-retirement careers and new challenges, providing fans and supporters with a valuable learning opportunity and inspiration to learn about the second careers of soccer players. The event was very well received by participants, as it was an opportunity to hear directly about post-retirement careers.

Rain was predicted on the day, and we were worried about how many fans and supporters would be able to attend.
However, I was surprised by how many people had gathered at the venue even before the event started, and how enthusiastic they all were. During the event, it was impressive to see people listening intently to what the guests had to say, and to hear the occasional bursts of applause and laughter. This made me, as the organizer, extremely happy.
Furthermore, through social media posts and other means, I believe that our fans and supporters were made fully aware that this event was an initiative of our company. I am very happy that this event has further deepened the bonds between us and our fans and supporters.

Vitabrid Japan Inc. has continued the project from the 2023 season to the 2024 season, asking for donations based on the number of spectators at home games. In addition, from the 2024 season, a similar initiative will be started at the home games of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Urawa Reds Ladies.

As a partner and a supporter, we hope to see Saitama Stadium filled to capacity, and we started this project with the hope that those who watch the game will invite their friends and acquaintances to come to the stadium. We would like to continue to support efforts to increase the number of visitors, even if only a little.

Fujishima Construction x Urawa Reds "Let's reuse scrap wood to make a smartphone stand!"

A workshop was held for 200 elementary school students at Vissel Kobe match on (Sat), June 1st. In this workshop, participants made their own smartphone stands using scraps from wood that are generated when building houses. This is an SDGs hands-on event where scraps are not thrown away but are reused as valuable resources, and new uses are found for them, turning them into new things. This event will be held again in the 2023 season and has become a big hit.

At Fujishima Construction, we aim to build eco-friendly homes by growing trees in our own forests, processing them in our own factories, and making full use of them. We're glad that this event allowed many people to learn about the warmth and softness of wood. We hope to continue working with Urawa Reds on eco-friendly initiatives in the future.

Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Co., Ltd. is using the "VIASO Card (Urawa Reds Design)" so that fans and supporters can support the team without any special burden by using this card for everyday shopping and payments. 0.255% of the card usage fee (Reds Go! Go!) is returned to the club, and we received 1,116,328 yen in support from October 2023 to March 2024. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for everyone's cooperation.

At the match Kashiwa Reysol on Wednesday, August 7th, with the cooperation of official partner RHYTHM CO., LTD., we held a Rhythm Alarm Clock Assembly Workshop as part of our Sustainable Day to deepen understanding of the SDGs. 24 elementary school students were selected to take part in this workshop, where they learned about the structure of the clock while assembling it and freely painted pictures on the dial to create their own one-of-a-kind alarm clock. The workshop was an activation that allowed participants to think together about "responsibility to produce" and "responsibility to use" from the perspective of the SDGs.

This was the second time we held the event, following last year. It was a great opportunity to communicate with supporters and the local community, and it was a valuable experience for our employees, where we learned a lot and enjoyed it. We hope that it was an opportunity for the participants to experience the SDGs for themselves, and that it will become a precious memory for parents and children. We were surprised by the original clock faces that the children drew, which were full of love for the Reds!

If you win the game, we'll give you free sushi!

The RDC Group, known for Gatten Sushi, is offering a free plate of tuna or salmon to anyone wearing Urawa Reds merchandise on the day or the day after Urawa Reds win an official match, or to REX CLUB members, under the slogan "Victory brings sushi to Reds supporters!". Gatten Kalbi, a yakiniku restaurant, is also offering a free piece of meat sushi. This is a very popular plan to celebrate the best victory with the best sushi. *Please note that this plan is not available at all stores.

The "Bringing Sushi!" project was started with Yuuki Muto, and is continuing even after Muto's transfer.
We are not able to implement this at all stores, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to supporters, but we hope for Urawa Reds' victory and will do everything we can to support them.

A giveaway campaign where you can win a uniform signed by a player

A campaign was launched in which participants could win a replica jersey signed by an Urawa Reds player. Participants were asked to follow the official Trunk Days social media accounts (@trunkdays), repost the campaign announcement post, and reply with the hashtag #TDGiveawayCampaign about the item they would like to store outside their home (e.g. their favorite goods). A total of 312 people were entered into the lottery.

This gift campaign was our first project since becoming a premium partner in the 2024 season.
As awareness of the service itself is still low in this industry, we ran three campaigns between February and May with the hope that this would be an opportunity to raise awareness of not only the Trunk Days brand name but also the service itself. As a result, we were able to confirm that awareness of "Trunk Days" had increased, and we were able to once again feel the popularity of Urawa Reds and the power of their supporters. We will continue to plan and implement projects that will help supporters get excited about the Reds!

We started the giveaway campaign not only to entertain supporters after shutout home games with the "Nice Shut Out!!" vision, but also to connect with supporters through social media. Win Urawa Reds collaboration goods by playing a reflex game

At the match Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Sunday, November 10th, the first 1,500 people to arrive at the NEXCO East Japan booth were given a promotional leaflet and an original NEXCO East Japan x Urawa Reds clear file. In addition, participants were given a chance to take part in a "reflex game" by answering a questionnaire, and they were given NEXCO East Japan x Urawa Reds collaboration goods based on their results. Those who followed and reposted from the X account were also given original face stickers, and a character greeting was held with NEXCO East Japan's manners-improving character, "Manarty."

We set up a booth at this event to give fans and supporters of Urawa Reds an opportunity to learn about our expressway business. We also prepared a reflex game to help them have fun while also raising their awareness of safe driving.
As a result, we were able to distribute PR leaflets and original clear files to about 1,500 people, and about 540 people participated in the questionnaire and played the reflex game, making it a very successful booth exhibition. We hope to continue this initiative in the future.

We have received many inquiries about the Reds Wedding Option since its release in November.
