Urawa Soccer Street

This approximately 54-meter-long underground passage connects the east-west connecting passage of JR Urawa Station with the Nakanoshima Bus Terminal on the west side, and opened on March 16, 2018.
Urawa Reds official shop, "RED VOLTAGE," faces the passageway, and its walls are decorated with wall art and three-sided digital signage to disseminate information about the hometown and the history of Urawa as a "football town."
To make this passageway familiar to the people of our hometown and those who visit Urawa, the "city of soccer," we have given it the nickname "URAWA SOCCER STREET" and aim for it to become a symbol of the region.

Historical uniform display

On the wall of Red Voltage, there is an exhibition of the uniforms actually worn by successive players and an explanation just like an art museum.

[1] The central section, modeled after Urawa Soccer Street, depicts "the history of Saitama soccer," while the surrounding area depicts "the places and people that have supported that history," truly representing a city where soccer is a part of life.

[2] A timeline introducing the history of Urawa as a "football town" is displayed on the wall. It is designed so that visitors can trace the history of the local football culture as they walk around.

[3] The design features Saitama Prefecture mascots "Kobaton" and "Saitamachi", Urawa Reds mascot "Redia Family", and Saitama City PR character "Tsunagaryu Nuu" welcoming visitors.
