There are four ways to purchase tickets for Urawa Reds home games. Among them, Urawa Reds' own service "REX TICKET" is full of great benefits! Just register as a free member and you won't be charged a system fee when purchasing tickets or a paper ticket issuing fee! Furthermore, if you register as a paid member, you can purchase tickets at the paid member site purchase price on the day of Trial and earn points!

What is REX TICKET?

REX CLUB is a membership of Urawa Reds that deepens "bonds".

Urawa Reds membership "REX CLUB". There are three main types of membership, and each type has different types and availability of card membership cards, benefits, point program point accrual rates, and items that can be redeemed for benefits.

"REX TICKET" is a ticket purchasing service that can be used by joining this REX CLUB.

    The system usage fee [normally 330 yen (tax included) per ticket] and ticket issuance fee [normally 165 yen (tax included) per ticket] are free.

Where can away supporters buy tickets?

From the general sales date, tickets will be on sale at J.League Ticket, Ticket Pia, and 7-Eleven stores.

I would like to watch a game with my children who are under elementary school age. Do they also need to purchase tickets?

It is not necessary as up to 1 preschool child per adult can watch the game on your lap.
Children who wish to occupy a seat will need a ticket.

Can I cancel/change/refund the purchased ticket?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to customer convenience.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?

Generally, you can purchase up to 12 tickets at a time.
There may be additional purchase restrictions depending on the seat type and Trial.

Is there a member discount?

The "REX TICKET Paid Member Site Purchase Fee" applies to LOYALTY members (season ticket holders) and REGULAR members (paid members).
You can purchase tickets at the member rate even on the day of Trial.

Is it possible that the reserved seats are not consecutively numbered?

Seats may leave in areas where there are few remaining seats.
In that case, a warning will be issued, so please be sure to check it before purchasing.

Credit card is the only payment method available. Are other payment methods accepted?

As Trial date approaches, payment will only be accepted by credit card.

I made a reservation using the wrong payment method and collection method. Can I change it?

Changes cannot be made after the reservation is completed.
Please check the application details carefully before completing the purchase.

I haven't received the reservation completion email, so I can't collect my tickets.

You can check the information from the ticket purchase history of REX TICKET.
If there is no history, the reservation has not been completed, so please apply again.
(For coupons and point exchanges, you can check your ticket reservation/purchase history from the application site.)

Can I exchange for all seat types with REX POINT?

Not all seat types are eligible for exchange.
Depending on Trial, some matches may not be eligible for REX POINT exchange.

Please tell me how to issue tickets at 7-Eleven.

When issuing a ticket, write down the "payment slip number (13 digits)" or print out the "payment slip" and bring it directly to the store cashier to issue the ticket.

Resale

Please tell me about resale listings.

Resale listings on REX TICKET are limited to tickets purchased with QR tickets on REX TICKET.
*If you purchase a paper ticket, you cannot resell it.
*Season tickets can only be resold with J-League tickets.

Please tell me about resale fees.

[Seller] When a resale is completed, the amount paid to the seller will be the listing price minus the resale application fee (10% of the listing price) and the remittance handling fee (300 yen + tax).
[Purchaser] A separate resale purchase fee (200 yen + tax per item) will be charged.

Please tell me the resale sales period.

[Service start date] From the start date and time of general sales for each Trial
[Service end date] Until 23:59 on the day before each Trial
