Pre-application for waving flags

Regarding the display of supportive items in preparation for the start of MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE, we will be accepting advance applications and holding a meeting for those wishing to display new items.
If you would like to display new support items (banners, large flags, flags other than official flags (L flag size or smaller), and waving flags) from the start of MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE, please be sure to apply by the application deadline listed below.

Additionally, for support items for which applications have been completed as of the 2025 season, there is no need to apply this time, but if there are any changes to the design, please be sure to apply.

Please note that the display area is limited. Regarding the display location, priority will be given to those who have already displayed their posters in the 2025 season, and we will have to arrange it among those who wish to display their posters.

How to accept pre-application for waving flags

Prior application is required to post the waving flag. Please send the following required information to Urawa Reds by email. After receiving the e-mail, we will send a confirmation e-mail within 72 hours. If you do not receive a reply within 72 hours after sending the email, please contact Urawa Reds again by email.

[Necessary items]

  1. (1) When sending an e-mail, please be sure to enter "Prior application for waving flag" in the subject line.
  2. (2) Group name *Not required for individuals.
  3. (3) Name of the group representative *Not required for individuals.
  4. (4) Applicant name
  5. (5) Applicant's address
  6. (6) Applicant's cell phone number * Home phone number if you do not have a cell phone.
  7. (7) Applicant's email address
  8. (8) Season ticket number
    *If the applicant does not have a season ticket, please enter the name and season ticket number of the person in the group who does.
  9. (9) Specification of waving flag
    ・Pole size (m) *Limited to between 2.5m and 4m (poles must be flexible, such as those made of vinyl chloride).
    ・Flag size Length x Width (m) *Limited to 1.4m x 1.9m or larger (limited to flags larger than the official L flag).
    ・Design *Please be sure to attach an image or design drawing of the waving flag.
  10. (10) Where you would like to post *The area where you can post is only the "North Side Stand".
