  If you are a Reds Land member and a Season Ticket Holder, your LOYALTY status will automatically continue as a Season Ticket Holder. Participation in the point program "REX POINT", participation in benefits and lotteries, limited content, etc. differ depending on the category, but there are more stages in the category. Depending on the stage, the grant rate of "REX POINT" and the number of points granted may differ. Items that can be redeemed may change. For example, LOYALTY members are the highest category in terms of the point award rate, but the award rate varies depending on the four stages among them. A LOYALTY member's stage is determined by the number of years the season ticket has been held. Also, for LOYALTY members, the design of the card membership card issued by the stage is different. For REGULAR members, the point grant rate and stage points differ depending on the stage (see "About REX POINT" for details).

Regardless of when you joined, the expiration date is until January 31st of each year (however, for REGULAR HEART-FULL, it will be until January 31st of the year following the year you joined Heartful. After that, there is no continuation. (Regular Redsland members will have their membership extended for 2 months until March 31st.)

The expiration date will be extended for one year by continuing or renewing. If you are a LOYALTY member and do not complete the procedure to renew your season ticket by the specified date, it will expire, and you will become a WHITE member from February 1st of the new fiscal year, and there will be restrictions on the use of point programs, etc. Please be careful. REGULAR members will also belong to WHITE members if renewal procedures are not carried out. Each category and stage has set conditions for belonging to it.

• (3) WHITE
  ・If you become a free member to use REX TICKET, use the online shop, or subscribe to the e-mail magazine, you will be classified as a WHITE member. Season ticket holders, REGULAR, REDSLAND, and HEART-FULL members who do not continue or renew will be classified as WHITE members.

The enrollment method differs depending on the membership type.

You can view your visit history, purchase history, check your "REX POINT", etc. from My Page. Additionally, each e-mail address can only be used by one person. If an error occurs when paying the annual membership fee using a previously registered credit card, the credit card may have expired.

If you have selected "Pay with a registered card" when selecting your payment method, please select "Pay with a credit card" and enter your card information again to complete the payment.

There are two ways to receive membership benefits goods for online membership. If you are enrolled at the REX CLUB booth in the top team's home game Saitama Stadium, you can only pick it up at the window.

LOYALTY and REGULAR/HEART-FULL members (excluding REDSLAND members) will be issued a "card membership card" with a different design for each category (LOYALTY has a different design depending on the stage). The membership card number is a member-specific 10-digit number (in principle, long-term use) issued to each REX CLUB member, and is also reflected in the card membership card issued to the member. It will be used for various benefits such as issuance of priority admission lottery tickets for Home supporter's seat seats, and for personal authentication when participating in programs and acquiring "REX POINTs". If you are a REGULAR (paid) member, you can have your ticket reissued (1,100 yen/tax included) at the REX CLUB inquiry booth inside the south gate during home games.
You can also use a digital membership card in place of your REX CLUB REGULAR card membership card. The digital membership card can be displayed from the REX CLUB My Page.

My Page is a personal page exclusively for members and can be accessed from computers, tablets, and smartphones. On My Page, registration information, category, stage information, messages from Urawa Reds, announcements, etc. are displayed. You can also use functions such as various event drawings, priority admission drawings, and REX POINT award exchange (for online applications). A 2D barcode (digital membership card) for each member can also be displayed.

In addition to the official calendar, X, and Facebook, the results of home games watched by members, information on REX POINT points held, point history, attendance history, ticket/goods purchase history, favorite players, etc. are also displayed. Three pieces of information are listed in the point information.

The basic grant rate when purchasing tickets, goods, etc. is 10% of the purchase price. If you purchase 1,000 yen, you will receive 100 points (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number).

Regarding MDP at the match venue, unlike other goods, the basic points given are 30 points for each part. When purchasing at a gourmet shop, etc., 50 points will be given for every 500 yen purchased (the purchase price is rounded down to the nearest 500 yen), and 30 points will be given for each MDP purchased at the match venue.

100 points are awarded for each visit to a stadium, such as a home game. The basic points granted when using Reds Land facilities are 10% of the facility usage fee (the number of points is rounded down to the nearest whole number), and there is no change in the rate granted by category or stage. Membership points for the Official Supporters Club (OSC) are uniformly 300 points for representatives only.

There are fun points such as bonus points for new and continuous memberships, home game match result bonuses, and favorite player MVP bonuses. In addition, there are bonus points that are set each time.

When joining or renewing REGULAR, new/renewal membership points will be uniformly 500 points regardless of the amount of annual membership fee. When you become a new member (excluding re-enrollment), you will receive an additional 1,000 points as a bonus in addition to the new enrollment points. In addition, you can earn 300 bonus points if you join the web membership (new/renewal).

There is also a bonus depending on the stage in REGULAR. Gold members receive 3,000 points each year, and SILVER members receive 2,000 points. All bonus points are the same regardless of category or stage. There are also bonus points that are set from time to time.

Points cannot be awarded at a later date.
