General information about REX CLUB

What kind of service is REX CLUB?

REX CLUB is a Urawa Reds membership program that aims to allow fans and supporters to share various experiences related to Urawa Reds Reds through "REX CLUB," deepen the bonds between members, and further appreciate the happiness of having friends.

What kind of membership does REX CLUB have?

There are three main types of membership:

  • (1) LOYALTY (automatic enrollment for season ticket holders, exemption from annual membership fee)
  • (2) REGULAR (annual membership fee charged *partial exemption [Annual fee exemption for Heart-full School students and Redsland members])
  • (3) WHITE (no annual fee)
    Depending on the category, the type and availability of a card membership card, benefits, points awarded in the point program, items that can be redeemed for benefits, and the content displayed on My Page, etc., differ depending on the category. For details, please refer to "About CATEGORY and STAGE".
How can I become a member of REX CLUB?

Enrollment procedures vary by membership category.

  • (1) LOYALTY (season ticket holder)
    Please check here for details.
  • (2) REGULAR (Annual fee: Adults 4,000 yen, U-18 1,700 yen) (all prices include tax)
    Membership can be applied for online or at the REX CLUB booth inside Saitama Stadium on days when the top team plays a home game. Regardless of when you apply, the membership is valid until June 30, 2027.

    < Heart-full School Students>
    You will be registered in the REGULAR SCHOOL stage with no annual fee and will receive the same services as U-18 members (some services are excluded).
    The validity period is until June 30, 2027, regardless of when you enrolled in Heart-full School.
    For Heart-full School students with LOYALTY or REGULAR membership, your current membership status will take precedence, and you will not be registered twice.

    <Reds Land Members>
    You will automatically be enrolled in REGULAR REDSLAND with no annual fee waived, and this membership type is common to both adults and U-18s. The validity period is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year, regardless of when you enrolled as a Redsland member.
    Redsland members and season ticket holders will automatically retain their LOYALTY status as season ticket holders. REX CLUB REGULAR (REDSLAND) members will not receive special membership merchandise, membership cards, membership points, or initial membership bonuses (the digital membership card can be displayed on your My Page and has the same functions as a membership card).
    For U-18 SCHOOL and REDSLAND members, there will be no stage changes based on accumulated points.

  • (3) WHITE (annual fee free)
    Online registration only.
What can I do as a member?

You can receive services such as:

  • (1) Card membership cards will be issued to LOYALTY members and can be used indefinitely in principle. Adults and U-18 members of REX CLUB REGULAR who wish to receive a card will be required to pay a fee when applying. Card membership cards will not be issued to REDSLAND members and WHITE members (they can use a digital membership card that can be displayed on their My Page and has the same functions as a physical card).
  • (2) You can participate in the "REX POINT" point program, where you can earn points by attending home games, purchasing tickets, merchandise, food and drink, purchasing the official matchday program (MDP), using facilities at Reds Land, joining the official supporters club (OSC), and receiving bonuses based on Trial results, and use those points to exchange for rewards. The reward exchange program allows you to exchange points for rewards and apply for reward raffles (the points awarded, the rate of points awarded, and the items that can be exchanged for rewards vary depending on the category).
  • (3) You can purchase tickets through "REX TICKET," an online ticket purchase site exclusively for REX CLUB members. With "REX TICKET," you can purchase tickets "early" and "at member prices," and for reserved seats, you can "select your seat" individually. You can also earn REX POINTS depending on the purchase amount (available services and benefits vary depending on the category).
  • (4) LOYALTY members receive special gifts and services as part of the REX CLUB LOYALTY benefits, including a special REX POINT accrual rate and stage-up benefits. Please see here for details.
  • (5) Members who join as REGULAR members will receive special membership benefits upon joining (new or renewal).
    *This item is not provided to those who have been automatically enrolled in REGULAR REDSLAND.
    *For REGULAR SCHOOL students, this is only provided upon initial enrollment.
  • (6) Members can access their My Page, a members-only website, from their PCs, tablets, and smartphones. My Page allows members to view and use various content, including registration information, REX POINT acquisition and usage status, attendance records, purchase records of goods eligible for point acquisition, exclusive content, and applications for benefits and raffles. The content of My Page may vary depending on the category and individual, including available benefits and announcements.
How can I change my registered personal information (address and email address)?

Please open the edit screen from "Edit registration information" on My Page.

You can change the registration information yourself on this editing screen. From the perspective of personal information protection, the REX CLUB office (TEL: 0570-064-026 Tuesdays to Saturdays 10:00 to 18:00, excluding Sundays, Mondays, holidays, and home game days) does not provide personal information, except for changes of last name, etc. We do not accept changes to registered details.

In addition, please be sure to check that your email address is correct. If your email address is incorrect, we may not be able to deliver important information to you or you may not be able to authenticate your membership on My Page, so please make sure to register the correct email address.

LOYALTY members can change their personal information only from the My Page of REX CLUB. Personal information cannot be changed from My Page of One Touch Pass.

My last name has changed. What should I do?

Are Heart-full School students, Redsland members, and Official Supporters Club (OSC) members not allowed to enter the REX CLUB?

Heart-full School students will become REGULAR SCHOOL members and will receive the same membership services as U-18 members.

Redsland members will automatically be enrolled in REGULAR REDSLAND.

Anyone else wishing to become a REX CLUB member will need to separately enroll in the REGULAR membership (annual fee required).
*If you are already a LOYALTY member, you are already a REX CLUB member and do not need to register again.

Heart-full School students, Redsland members, and OSC members can register their REX CLUB membership number when joining each respective membership, and the registration information of other members will be reflected in their REX CLUB My Page.

The REGULAR REDSLAND membership is the same for both adults and U-18 members.

・Membership benefits, membership cards, membership points, and initial membership bonuses will not be provided.
*The digital membership card displayed on My Page offers almost the same functionality as the physical membership card.
*There will be no stage changes based on accumulated points.

What are the stages in the Loyalty category?

Depending on the category, you can participate in the "REX POINT" points program, receive benefits and participate in raffles, and access exclusive content. Within the LOYALTY category, there are further stages. Different stages may have different "REX POINT" accrual rates and point amounts. The items you can exchange for benefits may also change. For example, the point accrual rate differs depending on the five stages. Your stage within LOYALTY membership is determined by the number of years you have held a season ticket. In addition, for LOYALTY members, the design of the membership card issued will also differ depending on your stage.

What is the stage within the REGULAR adult category?

Depending on the category, you can participate in the "REX POINT" points program, receive benefits and participate in raffles, and access exclusive content. Within the REGULAR Adult category, there are further stages. The rate at which "REX POINT" is awarded and the number of points awarded may differ depending on the stage. In addition, you can receive stage bonus benefits as you move up in the stages. Your stage is determined from one of four types based on the total number of points earned and the number of visits.

How long is my membership valid for?

Starting with the 2026/27 season, the season will run from July 1st to June 30th each year.

Regardless of when you joined, your membership is valid until June 30th of each year (however, for REGULAR SCHOOL members, it is valid until June 30th of the year following the year you joined Heartful. If you do not renew after that, your category will automatically change to WHITE member. For REGULAR REDSLAND members, it is valid until March 31st, in line with the Redsland membership expiration date).

Please note that if you are a LOYALTY member and do not complete the renewal procedure for your season ticket by the specified date, your ticket will expire and you will become a WHITE member from July 1st of the new fiscal year, which will result in restrictions on your use of the points program, etc. Regular members will also become WHITE members if they do not complete the renewal procedure. Information on renewal and renewal procedures will be posted on Urawa Reds official website, REX CLUB My Page, etc.

After renewing my REGULAR membership, I ended up buying a season ticket.

What should I do to change the category or stage?

Each category and stage has set conditions for belonging to it.

  • (1) LOYALTY
    When you purchase a season ticket, you will automatically be placed in the LOYALTY category. Furthermore, your tier within the LOYALTY category will change as you continue to hold your season ticket for a longer period of time.
    The addition of years of continuous membership will be applied upon completion of the renewal process for the "2026/27 season" season ticket.
    Please note that even if you did not apply during the "MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE" period, if you apply again in the 2026/27 season, your membership history and seat information from the 2025 season and earlier will be carried over.
  • (2) REGULAR
    All paid members of REX CLUB will be placed in the REGULAR category.
    The REGULAR adult stage is determined by the total number of points earned and the number of times you have attended, and you will be placed into one of four stages. In addition, there is only one stage for U-18, SCHOOL, and REDSLAND, which are for those under 18, and there are no stage changes.
  • (3) WHITE
    If you join as a free member to use REX TICKET's online shop or subscribe to the email newsletter, you will be placed in the WHITE category. Also, if you are a season ticket holder, REGULAR, REDSLAND, or SCHOOL member and do not renew your membership, you will be placed in the WHITE category. There will be no change in your WHITE stage.
    ・Those who are not members of the REX CLUB or are WHITE members can change their category to LOYALTY or REGULAR by purchasing a season ticket or joining the REGULAR category during the application period (the category to which you belong will be changed to the category that meets the requirements). Also, by becoming a Heart-full School student, you will be registered in the REGULAR SCHOOL stage with no annual fee and will receive the same services as U-18 members. Alternatively, by becoming a Redsland member (annual fee 5,000 yen), you can join the REGULAR REDSLAND stage with no annual fee (there are restrictions such as not receiving membership benefits goods, official handbook, membership card, membership points, and first-time membership bonus).
    Please note that season ticket holders cannot join other REX CLUB membership categories. Also, REGULAR members cannot join WHITE membership. There are no restrictions on joining other memberships such as Redsland membership.

About joining REX CLUB

The enrollment method differs depending on the membership type.

  • ・LOYALTY members are automatically registered by applying only during the season ticket purchase period offered by Urawa Reds. Please check the official website for announcements regarding the application period.
    *Please check here for the application guidelines for the 2026/27 season.
  • ・Regular Adult/U-18 memberships can be applied for online or at the REX CLUB booth inside Saitama Stadium on days when the men's top team plays a home game. Online applications can be made from the "New Membership Application Screen". On-site applications are processed at the REX CLUB booth set up at Urawa Reds home games. It may take up to two weeks for your membership information to be registered. Once your information is registered, you will be able to log in. During this time, attendance points, purchase points, etc. will be automatically added.
    *During the early bird registration period, you cannot register at the REX CLUB booth. Please register via the website.

*By becoming a Heart-full School student, you will be registered in the REGULAR SCHOOL stage with an annual membership fee waiver and will receive the same services as U-18 members. Heart-full School students who are LOYALTY or REGULAR will have their current membership status given priority and will not be registered twice.

  • ・You can register as a WHITE member who can use REX TICKET, online shop, and e-mail magazine by applying online. You can apply online from the "login screen".
Do I need to have an email address?

An email address is required for registration. Only one person can register per email address. Even within a family, please provide one email address per person. Please note that you cannot register as a new member using an email address that has already been registered.

An error occurred when I joined REGULAR and my membership was not completed.

If an error occurs when paying your annual fee with a credit card that you previously registered, it may be because the credit card has expired.
*It is possible that the card you have changed since you previously registered your card information with REX CLUB (for example, you changed to a new card due to expiration or loss).

If you selected "Pay with registered card" when selecting your payment method, please select "Pay with credit card" and enter your card information again to complete the payment.

In order to comply with 3D Secure 2.0, you will need to enter personal information (cardholder name, email address, phone number) when using or registering a credit card on the REX CLUB My Page and REX CLUB Shipping Page.

What should I do if I've forgotten which membership benefit I chose?

Please check the email sent to you upon joining or the "Change Member Information" section on your REX CLUB My Page.

How do I receive REGULAR membership benefits?

If you register online, there are two ways to receive your membership benefits: pick them up at the REX CLUB booth or have them delivered. If you register at the REX CLUB booth inside Saitama Stadium on a day when the men's top team is playing a home game, you can only pick them up at the booth.

  • ・When you register online, you will be asked to select your benefits and your preferred delivery method (pickup at the REX CLUB booth or delivery). If you choose to pick up your membership at the REX CLUB booth set up at Saitama Stadium on Urawa Reds home game days, you will need to present your membership card (card or digital) to receive it. If you are renewing your membership, please use your existing card membership card. If you choose delivery, it will arrive in about 3 weeks. If you are a new member and request a card membership card, it will be shipped together with your membership. Please note that if you choose delivery, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included) in addition to the annual membership fee at the time of registration.
    *Please note that benefits for early registrations will be distributed from the following season onwards.
    * Heart-full School students will receive their membership card by mail, and will receive their enrollment benefits at the time of the school session (first-time enrollment only). Please note that the method of receiving the benefits may change.

About card membership card

Does REX CLUB have a membership card?

LOYALTY members (excluding REDSLAND members) will receive a "Card Membership Card" upon category upgrade, new membership, or stage upgrade. REGULAR Adult and U-18 members can request a card upon application for a fee. The card membership card has the membership card number and QR code printed on the front, and a barcode on the back. When using the services, please use the card membership card or digital membership card with the most recent membership number printed on it. (Please note that card membership cards with past membership numbers cannot be used.)

What is a membership card number?

Your membership number is a unique 10-digit number issued to each REX CLUB member (generally valid for life) and will be printed on the membership card issued to you. Your membership number may change when your category or LOYALTY stage changes, or when your card is reissued due to loss.
When using our services, please use your current card or digital membership card with your most recent membership number printed on it. (Please note that card membership cards with outdated membership numbers cannot be used.)

What are 2D barcodes used for?

This is used for personal authentication when participating in reward exchange programs and events, and when earning "REX POINTS." In various usage scenarios, you can use the QR code printed on your physical membership card, as well as the 2D barcode of your digital membership card from your My Page. Even if you forget your physical membership card, you can use the same functions as your physical card by displaying your digital membership card on a smartphone or other device.

I lost my card membership card.

Loyalty members are requested to contact the REX CLUB office (TEL: 0570-064-026 Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 18:00, excluding Sundays, Mondays, public holidays and home game days) as we will need to confirm some details before proceeding.

If you are a REGULAR (paid) member, you can have your ticket reissued at the REX CLUB support desk inside the south gate during home games (fee: 1,100 yen (tax included)).
You can also use a digital membership card, which can be displayed on your REX CLUB My Page.

I'm a season ticket holder. Can I use my digital membership card to get into home games?

The QR code on your digital membership card and the QR code printed on your REX CLUB membership card (either on your One-Touch Pass) cannot be used for entry authentication. Entry requires a valid One-Touch Pass (or paper ticket).
Furthermore, starting with the 2026/27 season, in addition to the conventional IC card, you will also be able to enter using QR tickets within the official J.LEAGUE app, "Club J.LEAGUE".

About my page and various emails

What can I do on my page?

My Page is a personal page for members only and can be accessed from PCs, tablets, and smartphones. My Page displays registration information, categories, stage information, messages from Urawa Reds, announcements, coupons, etc. You can also use functions such as event lotteries, priority entrance lotteries, and REX POINT reward exchanges (for those who apply online). You can also display the 2D barcode (digital membership card) for each member.

In addition to the official calendar, X, and Facebook, your attendance record for home games, your REX POINT balance and point history, attendance history, ticket and merchandise purchase history, and favorite players will also be displayed. You can also switch to the REX TICKET online shop while remaining logged in.

What is different from My Page of One Touch Pass?

My page of REX CLUB is for you to enjoy REX CLUB. One Touch Pass My Page is a site that can be used by IC card type season ticket holders. The main service content is the transfer and resale of season tickets. There are two My Pages, but please use them so as not to make a mistake.

I forgot the password to enter My Page.

What does "Season Ticket" show?

Displays the number of years considered to be a continuous season ticket holder. The LOYALTY stage is determined based on this continuous holding period.

I want to change my registered information.

You can change your settings in "User Settings" or "Change Member Information" within your My Page. Please also change the automatic renewal setting for the next season for REGULAR (Adult/U-18) memberships here. Season ticket holders can now only change their personal information through the REX CLUB My Page, unlike before. You cannot change your personal information through the OneTouch Pass My Page (except for changing your email address for ticket transfer purposes).

Could you please tell me about the points (REX POINTS) displayed on my page?

REX POINT is a points program that allows you to earn points by attending home games, purchasing season tickets, purchasing tickets through "REX TICKET", purchasing merchandise, purchasing food, purchasing MDP, using the facilities at Reds Land, joining the Official Supporters Club (OSC), etc. The points you earn can be exchanged for a variety of benefits.

There are three pieces of point information listed on my page.

Currently valid: This displays the number of points that can be exchanged at this time.
Points scheduled to expire this year: This shows the number of points that will expire at the end of the current season (for example, June 30, 2027, for the 2027 season).
Cumulative: This displays the total number of points earned over the past two years, including the current season.

What Trial are displayed in "Home Game Performances"?

The displayed results are for the men's top team's home games for the Trial in which attendance records were kept. Trial included in the record are the men's top team's home games that are eligible for attendance points. Trial held at Saitama Stadium that are not treated as home games, such as the Emperor's Cup Trial are excluded. Also, even if attendance points are awarded, women's Trial and various events are not included.

If you are using a card other than a REX CLUB Card Membership IC card with the integrated One-Touch Pass IC function and do not record your attendance points in the "Attendance Point Recorder" installed in the stadium, your attendance will not be counted as a match you have attended (season ticket holders who use a REX CLUB Card Membership IC card will be counted automatically. However, for Trial that are not eligible for season tickets, even season ticket holders must register with the attendance point recorder).

The digital coupon shows as unused, but the coupon code doesn't work.

Regarding the usage status of coupon codes that can be used with REX TICKET, regardless of whether the coupon is used or not, it will be displayed as "unused" on your REX CLUB My Page.

About the point program "REX POINT"

Who can earn points?

All REX CLUB members across all categories can earn points, but the points awarded and the earning rate vary depending on the category. Please note that if you do not renew your season ticket or REGULAR membership, you will become a WHITE member, and there will be significant restrictions on earning and using points.

What can I do to earn points?

Eligible activities include visiting the stadium for home games and other events designated by Urawa Reds as eligible for points, as well as season ticket purchases, tickets purchased through Urawa Reds official online ticket site "REX TICKET," merchandise purchases at Urawa Reds' official shop RED VOLTAGE, the online shop, and stadium fan shops, purchases at the stadium gourmet shop, MDP purchases, use of Reds Land facilities, Official Supporters Club (OSC) membership, REX CLUB membership (new registrations only) and renewals, and other bonus points set by Urawa Reds from time to time. Points are awarded for season ticket purchases per seat (LOYALTY members are registered with REX CLUB for each season ticket seat, not per representative). When purchasing tickets through "REX TICKET," points are awarded to the purchaser corresponding to the ticket purchase price (even if multiple tickets are purchased, all points are awarded to the purchaser; points cannot be divided).

When earning points, be sure to have your membership card (card membership card or digital membership card) ready and present it. Points will be given only when you present it. Please note that if you do not bring your membership card (if you join the Official Supporters Club and do not register your membership card number at the time of joining), points cannot be awarded. Loyalty members will be awarded points for visiting the venue based on their visit records when they enter using their card membership card.

How is the number of points I earn determined?

As a general rule, the following applies to REGULAR members:

<If the stage is RED>
The basic point accrual rate for ticket and merchandise purchases is 10% of the purchase price. For example, a purchase of 1,000 yen will earn you 100 points (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number).
The basic points awarded for attending home games and other stadium events are 100 points per visit.

<If the stage is RED or higher>
The basic point accrual rate for ticket and merchandise purchases is 11% of the purchase price. For example, a purchase of 1,000 yen will earn you 110 points (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number).
The basic points awarded for attending home games and other stadium events are 110 points per visit.

<Common to all stages>
Unlike other merchandise, MDPs purchased at Trial venues earn a base point reward of 30 points per copy. When purchasing at gourmet shops, etc., the base point reward is 50 points for every 500 yen spent (purchase amounts less than 500 yen are rounded down), while when purchasing MDPs at Trial venues, the base point reward is 30 points per copy.

The basic points awarded for using facilities at Redsland are 10% of the facility usage fee (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number), and the point accrual rate does not vary depending on the category or stage. Membership points for the Official Supporters Club (OSC) are a flat 300 points, awarded only to the representative.

How are the points awarded and the rate different?

In principle, the grant rate and grant points will fluctuate depending on the category and stage.

What kind of points can I earn other than purchases and visits?

There are various ways to enjoy the game, such as bonus points for leveling up, bonuses for home Trial results, and MVP bonuses for your favorite player. There are also bonus points that are set periodically.
You can earn 500 points when you sign up for a REGULAR plan.

In REGULAR, if you reach a cumulative total of 7,000 points during MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE period, you will receive bonus points of 2,000 points for adults and 1,000 points for U-18. Please note that points earned as a sign-up bonus are not included in the cumulative total points.

  • (1) Attendance at home games, etc.
    ・LOYALTY, REGULAR, REDSLAND, SCHOOL members, and WHITE members can have their points added on the same day by scanning the 2D barcode (card or digital) on their membership card at the "Attendance Point Terminal" located inside the stadium.
    *For season ticket holders (IC card holders), attendance will be registered the following day or later upon entry authentication for season ticket-eligible Trial. Points will be reflected in your REX CLUB My Page within 7 days after Trial.
    *If a member forgets to record their attendance using the "Attendance Point Terminal," points cannot be added at a later date.
  • (2) Purchasing season tickets/LOYALTY members
    ・Points will be added automatically. It will be added in March of the new fiscal year.
  • (3) Ticket purchase
    ・If you purchase a ticket on the Urawa Reds official online ticket site "REX TICKET", points will be added automatically within about 7 days after purchase (payment).
  • (4) Purchase of merchandise
    Points will be automatically added when you purchase items at the official shop RED VOLTAGE or fan shops at Trial venues, etc.

What is Home supporter's seat priority admission lottery?

One of the benefits of using My Page is a lottery system that determines the order of priority entry at home games for season ticket holders (LOYALTY members) with Home supporter's seat. Season ticket holders with reserved seats cannot participate even if they are season ticket holders.

Membership terms

Expiration date of membership (LOYALTY / REGULAR)

  • The validity period of REX CLUB REGULAR (REDSLAND) conforms to the membership period of Redsland members (from April 1st to March 31st of the following year).
  • The validity period for REGULAR U-18 (SCHOOL) membership is until the end of the fiscal year following the year in which you joined Heartful. If you do not renew your membership after that, your category will automatically change to WHITE membership.

The REX CLUB fiscal year and period for MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE will be from February 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Loyalty and Regular memberships will be renewed for the next fiscal year by completing the renewal procedure by the designated date. If you do not complete the renewal procedure by the designated date, you will be placed in the REX CLUB WHITE category, which will limit your access to programs such as benefits and lotteries, as well as your ability to earn REX POINTS and use benefits. About REX CLUB card membership card
