There are three main types of membership:

Enrollment procedures vary by membership category.

• (1) LOYALTY (season ticket holder)

• (2) REGULAR (annual membership fee: 2,500 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for U-18) (both including tax)
  You can join online or by visiting the REX CLUB booth at Saitama Stadium during the first team's home games. Regardless of when you join, your membership is valid until June 30, 2026.

  < Heart-full School Student>
  You will be registered at the REGULAR SCHOOL stage with an annual fee waiver and will receive the same services as U-18 members (some exclusions apply).
  The expiration date is June 30, 2026, regardless of when you enrolled at Heart-full School.
  For Heart-full School students who are LOYALTY or REGULAR, your current membership status will take priority and you will not be registered twice.

  <Reds Land Members>
  You will automatically be enrolled in REGULAR REDSLAND with no annual fee waived, and this membership type is common to both adults and U-18s. The validity period is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year, regardless of when you enrolled as a Redsland member.
  Redsland members and season ticket holders will automatically retain their LOYALTY status as season ticket holders. REX CLUB REGULAR (REDSLAND) members will not receive special membership merchandise, membership cards, membership points, or initial membership bonuses (the digital membership card can be displayed on your My Page and has the same functions as a membership card).
  For U-18 SCHOOL and REDSLAND members, there will be no stage changes based on accumulated points.

• (3) WHITE (annual fee free)
  Online registration only.

You can receive services such as:

• (1) Card membership cards are issued to LOYALTY members and can be used for life in principle. Adults and U-18 members of REX CLUB REGULAR can have a card issued for a fee when they apply. Card membership cards will not be issued to REDSLAND and WHITE members (it is a digital membership card that can be displayed on My Page and has the same functions as a membership card).
• (2) You can participate in Trial program called "REX POINT" that can be used to earn points by attending home games, purchasing tickets, merchandise, food, purchasing the Official Match Day Program (MDP), using the facilities at Reds Land, joining the Official Supporters Club (OSC), match result bonuses, etc. You can use the reward exchange program to apply for reward exchanges and reward lotteries (the points to be awarded, the award rate, and the items that can be exchanged for rewards vary depending on the category).
• (3) Tickets can be purchased at "REX TICKET", an online ticket purchase site exclusively for REX CLUB members. With "REX TICKET", you can purchase tickets "quickly" at "member prices", and you can also "select seats" individually for reserved seats. You can also earn REX POINTs according to the purchase amount (available services and benefits vary depending on the category).
• (4) For LOYALTY members, as REX CLUB LOYALTY benefits, special gifts and services such as "REX POINT special rate", "Stage-up benefits", and "Site members free viewing (usually 330 yen/month/tax included)" are available. We offer. Please check here for details.
• (5) For those who sign up as REGULAR members, we will provide special membership goods when you sign up (new or renewing).
  *Not given to those who automatically join REGULAR REDSLAND.
  *Regular school students will only receive this card upon first enrollment.
• (6) You can use My Page, which is a member-only website, from your computer, tablet, or smartphone device. On My Page, you can view and use various contents such as registration information, acquisition and usage status of "REX POINT", attendance record, purchase record of goods etc. for points, limited contents, benefits and lottery applications. The contents of My Page may differ for each category and individual, such as benefits and announcements that you can participate in.

You can change the registration information yourself on this editing screen. From the perspective of personal information protection, the REX CLUB office (TEL: 0570-064-026 Tuesdays to Saturdays 10:00 to 18:00, excluding Sundays, Mondays, holidays, and home game days) does not provide personal information, except for changes of last name, etc. We do not accept changes to registered details.

In addition, please be sure to check that your email address is correct. If your email address is incorrect, we may not be able to deliver important information to you or you may not be able to authenticate your membership on My Page, so please make sure to register the correct email address.

LOYALTY members can change their personal information only from the My Page of REX CLUB. Personal information cannot be changed from My Page of One Touch Pass.

Heart-full School students will become a REGULAR SCHOOL student and will receive the same membership services as U-18 members.

If you are a Heart-full School student, Reds Land member, or OSC member, when you register your REX CLUB membership card number when you join, the registration information of other members will be reflected in the registration information on your REX CLUB My Page.

REGULAR REDSLAND is a common membership type for both adults and U-18s.

- Membership bonus goods, card membership cards, membership points, first-time membership bonuses, etc. will not be given.
*The digital membership card can be displayed on your My Page and has almost the same functions as the card membership card.
*Stage changes will not occur based on accumulated points.

Depending on your category, you may be able to participate in the points program "REX POINT," receive special benefits and lotteries, and enjoy exclusive content, but within each LOYALTY category, there are also stages. The rate and number of "REX POINT" points awarded may differ depending on your stage. The items that can be exchanged for rewards may also change. For example, the point award rate differs depending on the five stages (new stages will be added from 2026). Your stage within a LOYALTY membership is determined by the number of years you have held a season ticket. Additionally, the design of the card membership card issued to LOYALTY members will differ depending on your stage.
*Please note that there will be no REGULAR Adult Stage at the 2026 Special Tournament.

The 2026 Special Tournament season will run from February 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, and from the following season onwards, the season will run from July 1 to June 30 each year.

Regardless of when you joined, your membership is valid until June 30th of each year (however, for REGULAR SCHOOL members, it is valid until June 30th of the year following the year in which you joined Heartful. If you do not renew your membership after that, you will automatically be changed to a WHITE membership category. For REGULAR REDSLAND members, your membership will be extended for two months until March 31st, coinciding with the expiration date of your Redsland membership).

Please note that if you are a LOYALTY member and do not complete the renewal procedure for your season ticket by the specified date, your ticket will expire and you will become a WHITE member from July 1st of the new fiscal year, which will result in restrictions on your use of the points program, etc. Regular members will also become WHITE members if they do not complete the renewal procedure. Information on renewal and renewal procedures will be posted on Urawa Reds official website, REX CLUB My Page, etc.

Each category and stage has set conditions for belonging to it.

• (1) LOYALTY
  If you purchase a season ticket, you will automatically be placed in the LOYALTY category. Also, the longer you hold a season ticket, the higher your LOYALTY stage will be.
  Since the "2026 Special Tournament" is a different tournament from the regular season, it will not be counted towards your season ticket renewal period.
  The additional number of years of continuation will be applied once the renewal procedure for the 2026/27 season ticket is completed.
  Even if you do not apply for the 2026 Special Tournament, if you apply again for the 2026/27 season, your current number of years of membership and seat information will be carried over.
• (2) REGULAR
  There will be no REGULAR adult stage in the 2026 Special Tournament. Also, there will be only one stage for U-18, SCHOOL, and REDSLAND, which are for players under 18 years old, and there will be no stage changes.
• (3) WHITE
  ・If you sign up for a free membership to use REX TICKET, the online shop, or subscribe to the email newsletter, you will be placed in the WHITE membership category. Also, if a season ticket holder, REGULAR, REDSLAND, or SCHOOL member does not renew or renew their membership, they will be placed in the WHITE membership category. There will be no change in stage for WHITE members.
  ・Those who are not members of the REX CLUB or WHITE members can change their category to LOYALTY or REGULAR by purchasing a season ticket or joining REGULAR during the application period (your category will be changed to the category that best suits your requirements). In addition, if you become Heart-full School, you will be registered in the REGULAR SCHOOL stage with no annual membership fee and will receive the same services as U-18 members. Also, by becoming a Redsland member (annual fee of 5,000 yen), you can join the REGULAR REDSLAND stage with no annual membership fee (there are restrictions such as not receiving membership bonus goods, official handbooks, card membership cards, membership points, first-time membership bonuses, etc.).
  Please note that season ticket holders cannot join other REX CLUB membership categories. Also, REGULAR members cannot join WHITE membership. There are no restrictions on joining other memberships, such as Reds Land membership.

The enrollment method differs depending on the membership type.

• ・LOYALTY members will be automatically registered by applying only during the season ticket purchase period recruited by Urawa Reds. At the time of recruitment, we will announce it on the official website, so please check it.
• ・Regular Adult/U-18 members can apply online or in person at the REX CLUB booth at the men's top team's home games at Saitama Stadium. Online applications can be made from the "New Membership Screen." In-person applications are processed at the REX CLUB counter set up at Urawa Reds home games. It may take up to two weeks for your membership information registration to be completed. Once your information registration is complete, you will be able to log in. During this time, points will be automatically added to your account for attendance, purchases, etc.
  *During the early registration period, you cannot register at the REX CLUB booth. Please register online.

*By becoming a Heart-full School student, you will be registered in the REGULAR SCHOOL stage with an annual membership fee waiver and will receive the same services as U-18 members. Heart-full School students who are LOYALTY or REGULAR will have their current membership status given priority and will not be registered twice.

• ・You can register as a WHITE member who can use REX TICKET, online shop, and e-mail magazine by applying online. You can apply online from the "login screen".

An email address is required for registration. Each email address can only be used by one person. Please prepare one email address for each person, even if they are family members. Please note that you cannot become a new member using an email address that has already been registered.

If an error occurs when paying your annual fee with a credit card that you previously registered, it may be because the credit card has expired.
*It is possible that the card you have changed since you previously registered your card information with REX CLUB (for example, you changed to a new card due to expiration or loss).

If you selected "Pay with registered card" when selecting your payment method, please select "Pay with credit card" and enter your card information again to complete the payment.

In order to comply with 3D Secure 2.0, you will need to enter personal information (cardholder name, email address, phone number) when using or registering a credit card on the REX CLUB My Page and REX CLUB Shipping Page.

There are two ways to receive the membership benefits goods when you join online. If you join at the counter of the REX CLUB booth at Saitama Stadium, where the men's top team's home game is held, you can only receive the goods at the counter.

• ・When you register online, you will be asked to select your benefits and how you will receive them (either at the REX CLUB booth or by delivery). If you are at the REX CLUB booth set up at Saitama Stadium during Urawa Reds home games, you will receive your membership card (digital card). For new members, your membership card will be sent out together with your card membership card approximately two weeks after joining. If you are renewing your membership, please use your existing card membership card. If you select delivery, your card will be delivered in approximately three weeks. Please note that if you choose delivery, you will be required to pay a shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included) in addition to the annual membership fee when you register.
  *Please note that if you enroll early, benefits will be given from the following season onwards.
  * Heart-full School students will receive a membership card by mail and will receive a membership benefit at the time of the school (first-time enrollment only). Please note that the method of receiving the benefit may change.

If you earn a total of 7,000 points after the early registration period (from October 22, 2025), you will receive bonus points (2,000 points for adults, 1,000 points for U-18).

A "Card Membership Card" will be issued to LOYALTY members who upgrade to a new category, join for the first time, or move up a level. A Card Membership Card will be issued to REGULAR adult and U-18 members upon request, for a fee, when applying for membership. The Card Membership Card has the membership card number and QR code printed on the front and a barcode on the back. When using the service, please use the Card Membership Card or Digital Membership Card with the latest membership card number printed on it. (Please note that Card Membership Cards with previous membership card numbers printed on them cannot be used.)
REGULAR REDSLAND and WHITE do not issue card membership cards.

The membership card number is a 10-digit number (used for life in principle) unique to each REX CLUB member, and is also printed on the card membership card issued to the member. The membership card number may change when the category or loyalty stage changes, etc.
When using the service, please use your card membership card or digital membership card with the latest membership card number printed on it. (Please note that card membership cards with older membership card numbers printed on them cannot be used.)

It is used for personal authentication when participating in programs and events, earning "REX POINTS," etc. In various usage scenarios, not only can you use the QR code printed on your card membership card, but you can also use the 2D barcode on your digital membership card from your My Page. Even if you forget your card membership card, you can use the same functions as your card membership card by displaying your digital membership card on a device such as a smartphone.

Loyalty members are requested to contact the REX CLUB office (TEL: 0570-064-026 Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 18:00, excluding Sundays, Mondays, public holidays and home game days) as we will need to confirm some details before proceeding.

If you are a REGULAR (paid) member, you can have your ticket reissued at the REX CLUB support desk inside the south gate during home games (fee: 1,100 yen (tax included)).
You can also use a digital membership card, which can be displayed on your REX CLUB My Page.

You cannot enter using the QR code on your digital membership card. You must enter with a valid one-touch pass (or paper ticket). Additionally, the QR code on your REX CLUB membership card printed on your one-touch pass cannot be used for admission authentication.

My Page is a personal page for members only and can be accessed from PCs, tablets, and smartphones. My Page displays registration information, categories, stage information, messages from Urawa Reds, announcements, coupons, etc. You can also use functions such as event lotteries, priority entrance lotteries, and REX POINT reward exchanges (for those who apply online). You can also display the 2D barcode (digital membership card) for each member.

In addition to the official calendar, X, and Facebook, it also displays the results of home games you have attended, your REX POINT points, point history, attendance history, ticket and merchandise purchase history, and your favorite players. You can also move to the REX TICKET online shop while remaining logged in. LOYALTY members can also use the paid content site members for free.

My page of REX CLUB is for you to enjoy REX CLUB. One Touch Pass My Page is a site that can be used by IC card type season ticket holders. The main service content is the transfer and resale of season tickets. There are two My Pages, but please use them so as not to make a mistake.

REX POINT is a points program that allows you to earn points by attending home games, purchasing season tickets, purchasing tickets through "REX TICKET", purchasing merchandise, purchasing food, purchasing MDP, using the facilities at Reds Land, joining the Official Supporters Club (OSC), etc. The points you earn can be exchanged for a variety of benefits.

Currently available: Displays the number of points currently available for redemption.

This is the outcome of the home Trial of the men's top team for the displayed year, with attendance history. Trial attended that are included in the results are Trial home games of the men's top team that are eligible for attendance points. Even if they are held at Saitama Stadium, Trial that are not considered home games, such as the Emperor's Cup, are not included. In addition, even if attendance points are awarded, women's Trial and various events are not included.

If you are using a card other than a REX CLUB Card Membership IC card with the integrated One-Touch Pass IC function and do not record your attendance points in the "Attendance Point Recorder" installed in the stadium, your attendance will not be counted as a match you have attended (season ticket holders who use a REX CLUB Card Membership IC card will be counted automatically. However, for Trial that are not eligible for season tickets, even season ticket holders must register with the attendance point recorder).

Regarding the usage status of coupon codes that can be used with REX TICKET, regardless of whether the coupon is used or not, it will be displayed as "unused" on your REX CLUB My Page.

■How to check ticket coupon usage status
You can check your ticket reservation and purchase history on REX TICKET.

All categories of REX CLUB can accumulate points, but the points awarded and the award rate differ depending on the category. For example, if you do not continue or renew your season ticket or REGULAR, you will become a WHITE member and there will be significant restrictions on earning and using points.

Eligible activities include visiting the stadium for home games and other events designated by Urawa Reds as eligible for points, as well as season ticket purchases, tickets purchased through Urawa Reds official online ticket site "REX TICKET," merchandise purchases at Urawa Reds' official shop RED VOLTAGE, the online shop, and stadium fan shops, purchases at the stadium gourmet shop, MDP purchases, use of Reds Land facilities, Official Supporters Club (OSC) membership, REX CLUB membership (new registrations only) and renewals, and other bonus points set by Urawa Reds from time to time. Points are awarded for season ticket purchases per seat (LOYALTY members are registered with REX CLUB for each season ticket seat, not per representative). When purchasing tickets through "REX TICKET," points are awarded to the purchaser corresponding to the ticket purchase price (even if multiple tickets are purchased, all points are awarded to the purchaser; points cannot be divided).

When earning points, be sure to have your membership card (card membership card or digital membership card) ready and present it. Points will be given only when you present it. Please note that if you do not bring your membership card (if you join the Official Supporters Club and do not register your membership card number at the time of joining), points cannot be awarded. Loyalty members will be awarded points for visiting the venue based on their visit records when they enter using their card membership card.

As a general rule, the following applies to REGULAR members:

The basic reward rate for purchasing tickets, merchandise, etc. is 11% of the purchase price. For a purchase of 1,000 yen, you will receive 110 points (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number).

Unlike other goods, the basic points awarded for MDPs at Trial venue are 30 points per part. When purchasing at gourmet shops, etc., the basic points awarded are 50 points for every 500 yen spent (purchase amounts less than 500 yen are rounded down), and when purchasing MDPs at Trial venue, the basic points awarded are 30 points per part.

The basic points awarded when visiting the stadium for home games and other events are 110 points per visit. When using the facilities at Reds Land, the basic points awarded are 10% of the facility usage fee (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number), and the award rate does not vary depending on category or stage. Membership points for the Official Supporters Club (OSC) are a flat 300 points for the representative only.

In principle, the grant rate and grant points will fluctuate depending on the category and stage.

There are fun bonus points such as bonus points for achieving a certain cumulative total, bonuses for home Trial results, and bonuses for favorite players being named MVP. There are also other bonus points that are set on a case-by-case basis.
You will receive 500 points when you sign up for REGULAR.

In REGULAR, if you reach a cumulative total of 7,000 points during the special tournament period, you will receive bonus points of 2,000 points for adults and 1,000 points for U-18s. Please note that points earned as a sign-up bonus are not included in the cumulative total.
There are also bonus points that are set from time to time.

Points cannot be awarded at a later date. Please be sure to register at the REX CLUB booth.

You can check your current point balance in the point information on My Page. You can also check the achievements you have earned on the "Point History" screen. In "Point redemption application history", you can also check the history of point redemption.

Earning points depends on how you earn points. Please also see "About REX POINT" for the acquisition timing.

• (1) Attending home games, etc.
  ・LOYALTY, REGULAR, REDSLAND, SCHOOL, and WHITE members can add points to their membership card on the same day by holding the 2D barcode (card or digital) on their membership card over the "Attendance Points Terminal" located inside the stadium.
  *For season ticket (IC card) holders, your attendance will be registered at the same time as your admission is authenticated for season ticket eligible Trial. Points will be reflected on your REX CLUB My Page within seven days after Trial.
  *If a member forgets to record their visit on the "visit point terminal," points cannot be added at a later date.
• (2) Purchasing season tickets/LOYALTY members
  ・Points will be added automatically. It will be added in March of the new fiscal year.
• (3) Ticket purchase
  ・If you purchase a ticket on the Urawa Reds official online ticket site "REX TICKET", points will be added automatically within about 7 days after purchase (payment).
• (4) Purchasing merchandise
  ・If you purchase at the official RED VOLTAGE shop or at a fan shop at Trial venue, points will be automatically added to your account approximately 7 days later.
  ・ Online Shop If you purchase from , points will be automatically added approximately 7 days after the product is shipped.
• (5) Gourmet/MDP Purchase/ Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Urawa Reds Ladies Home Game Goods Shop
  ・When making purchases at gourmet shops that offer points at Trial venues, etc., you will receive one "point ticket" for every 500 yen spent (rounded down to the nearest 500 yen). "Point tickets" will also be used to purchase MDP at MDP stations at Trial venues (one point ticket per purchase).
  You must add points yourself. Use your smartphone's camera to read the 2D barcode on the "point ticket" to display the login screen, and after logging in, points will be added automatically after a few minutes.
  *The "point ticket" is valid only once. Once you have completed the procedure to add points, you cannot use the "point ticket" again. Furthermore, you will no longer be able to add points after the expiration date shown on the "point ticket."
  *The method of awarding points is subject to change (e.g., by scanning the QR code on your membership card).
• (6) Use of Reds Land

The expiration date for REX CLUB is always the end of the season, on June 30th of each year. One of the benefits of using My Page is a lottery system that determines the order of priority entry at home games for season ticket holders (LOYALTY members) with Home supporter's seat. Season ticket holders with reserved seats cannot participate even if they are season ticket holders.

Those who wish to enter the stadium earlier can apply in advance using their REX CLUB My Page to enter the lottery for entry order, and according to the number drawn, they will be able to enter earlier than the general public. There is a deadline for applications for each Trial, after which the lottery will be automatically held.
