Team Manager Mischa – pre-match press conference the day before the match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo

Comment from Team Manager Mischa the day before the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J. League 19th sec match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo

We are aware that the team has not been able to achieve good results and has not been in good condition recently. We have been thinking how we can break this current status and have always been working towards this through our daily training. We cannot deny the fact that some of our players are suffering from accumulated fatigue and have not been in good condition. However, we can only overcome these negative conditions through our daily training. We can only break free from our current status by looking forward and working hard.

The most important thing is to believe in ourselves. I strongly believe in all my players. It is very important for us to trust each other and believe in what we have worked through in our training. I trust my team and my players. They played fantastic games and have achieved great results in the past. All we will do is to trust our players and fight through.

My impression of Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo is that the team runs hard while they play. I trust that the team will play a hard match against us with a strong determination to remain in the J.1 League. I believe the match against them will provide us the opportunity for us to break free from our current situation. All we have to do tomorrow is to do our best and fight through as a united team.
