It was good that our team was able to catch up-Team Manager Petrovic

Comment from Team Manager Petrovic after the J. League 18th Sec match against Nagoya Grampus
We had a wonderful match today. Rather than I speak too much about the match, I would like to say that people were able to enjoy soccer from the start to the end of the match. In addition to that, I certainly felt very proud of being the team manager of Urawa Reds as the team was able to do their best to achieve the result we had today against a very formidable team such as Nagoya Grampus.
During the first half of the match, though we were in the position of scoring a goal or two, we were unable to do so. Later, we were able to catch up with our opponent during the penalty kick. Since I have not watched the recorded footage yet I cannot comment on this properly, but I am not sure if it should have been a penalty kick.
During the second half of the match, Nagoya Grampus, which has many very experienced players, also created a few big scoring opportunities. Though our team players also struggled to make the most of the scoring opportunities they created, they all played at their full stretch, especially the young ones such as Genki Haraguchi, Naoki Yamada and Shunki Takahashi. Although I am not mentioning their specific names, our veteran players also performed fantastically. It is true that our team might have lost had it not for the penalty kick. But, having said that, it is fair to say that our team could even have won the match considering the overall performance of our players. In the past, there were several matches that we lost despite the fact that our team controlled the match. It was good that we were able to catch up today.
Last but not least, I would like to give my best wishes for Team Manager Stojković who is my good friend and Nagoya Grampus for the rest of the season in which both our teams can do well.
