After playing the match against Vegalta Sendai-Team Manager Finke

Comment from Team Manager Volker Finke after playing in the J. League Nineteenth Sec. against Vegalta Sendai

The match we had today turned out to be a very difficult match for both teams.
It was a tough match as we had to play in a very harsh climate and both teams had played in a match three days prior. Nonetheless, players of both teams ran around the pitch well. I thought we were able to see our players make good efforts by utilizing their stamina on the pitch today.
Since the results we had over the past few weeks were not favorable ones, our players were yet to organize their thoughts in their head properly. Even though the team created many good decisive moments, they were not able to score the first goal today either and the opponent outdid our team as our players made an own goal. Under such a situation, this type of incidents affect players mentally the most. For this reason, I have no intention of making harsh criticisms. After all, our team managed to catch up with the opponent team by making utmost efforts until the last moment.
In reality, it would have been better if we were able to score three points by winning the match today. We will prepare ourselves in a better way from now so that we can score three points by winning the next match no matter what.
