Achieving straight wins won’t come easy-Team Manager Petrovic

Comment from Team Manager Petrovic the day before the J. League 5th Sec match against Jubilo Iwata

Every match we play is important for us. But, considering many factors, the next match we will be playing will be particularly important for us. Our team has not lost several matches over the past few weeks and won the previous match. Winning the match tomorrow means that our players will be able to gain more confidence and the team will move up in the J. League standing. When we think of all these implications, the match will be of an extreme importance to us.
However, the match won’t be easy. I was discussing with our team’s staff members how good Jubilo Iwata was after seeing a few matches they played in the J. League since the season opened. I have the impression that the team is very good team.
Does anyone know when was the last time Urawa Reds won an away match against Jubilo Iwata (in 2008)? Looking back our team’s past match record, our team won only a few matches against Jubilo Iwata over the past 10 years or so. It may be fair to say that Jubilo Iwata can perform well when they play against Urawa Reds. Therefore, tomorrow’s away match against Jubilo Iwata will be very tough for us.
