We will be patient and give all our strength to play the type of soccer we must play – Team Manager Mischa

Comment from Team Manager Mischa the day before the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup 1st quarterfinal match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima

The remaining matches of the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup will be played by the best eight teams that made it to the quarterfinals. They are all well-qualified teams with good ability. As the final match of the Cup will be played in the Saitama Stadium this year, we must go all out to win the match so that we can make it to the final to play in our home stadium. In regards to our opponent team, Sanfrecce Hiroshima, they are a very high quality and dangerous team with many players who have been playing together as a team for a long time. I am not sure what strategies they will employ during the match, but as far as we are concerned we will put all our strength into playing 180 minutes well rather than just 90 minutes as we will be playing two Yamazaki Nabisco Cup matches against them during this week.
