We will assess ourselves by playing matches to move forward-Team Manager Mischa

Comment from Team Manager Mischa after finishing the first day of the Ibusuki training camp

(Have you ever been to Ibusuki before?)
This is the first time for me to come to Ibusuki. It is such a nice place. I am planning to try the hot spring here as well.

(What is the aim of this camp?)
During our first camp in Miyazaki, I tried to improve the physical strength of our team players as well as teach them the kind of soccer tactics they should play. In our second camp, I would like to assess their ability by playing matches and find out what they have and have not mastered until now. This is what I want to do during the camp in Ibusuki.

(There seems to be many training matches planned ahead.)

Since there are enough members in our team, I will divide the team into two groups and have them play two matches. I have incorporated many practice matches so that everyone in the team can play in several matches. Many things will become clear when playing in matches. Things often turn out to be difficult even when players perform perfectly during training. I would like to check how well the players can carry out what they have learnt so far by observing them while playing in matches.
(What are your thoughts about the way players approach training?)
I think they keep their motivations high and work hard. I really hope that this will last for a long time. However, this is not that easy as they have to run and think while training hard. Though this is not easy, I hope they will keep working as they do now.

(We wish your team all the best and hope that the camp in Ibusuki will bring a fruitful result for your team.)
Thank you very much. We are lucky to have such a good environment here including the hotel and a wonderful pitch. I would like to make this training camp a good one. But, it will not be easy (lol).
