The day before the J. League Thirty Third Sec.-Team Manager Finke

Comment from Team Manager Volker Finke on the day before the 2009 season J. League Thirty Third Sec. against Kyoto Sanga F.C.

Compared to the previous week, many more players have been able to participate in practice this week. Shunki Takahashi who had the flu also was able to return to team practice for the first time today. However, as he has been able to practice with the team only once, he will not come to the match with the rest of the team tomorrow.
As for Naoki Yamada, as he was not 100 percent last week, I decided to give him last week off training. He has been able to concentrate on his practice during this week. For this reason, he will play in the match tomorrow.
As for Genki Haraguchi, though he had a little pain in an adductor muscle earlier this week, he was able to treat the pain and recover well during the time off he had. Since this is the case, he will also play in tomorrow’s match. Regarding Keita Suzuki, his current condition has not changed since last weekend. I am considering to use Keita as a starting line up member tomorrow. If he starts to feel pain or face some kind of problems during the match, he will tell us so. As for Tadaaki Hirakawa, since he performed so well during the match last week, I am thinking to introduce him as a starting line up member as well. At present, our overall situation has improved slightly compared to the last week.
We will certainly try to win tomorrow’s match so that we can get the three winning points. In order for us to score three points, we have to remain highly concentrated and our players must perform well on the pitch.
