Team Manager Mischa - press conference after the match against Kashiwa Reysol

Comment from Team Manager Mischa after the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J. League 1st Stage 10th Sec match against Kashiwa Reysol

We started and finished off the match well today. We knew that Kashiwa Reysol would come to the stadium with a high motivation to win as they are currently struggling to achieve good results and are ranked low in the J. League standings. Our team didn’t build up attacks at the back stably and made the match difficult by making mistakes and losing three goals. However, we were able to create many chances in our offensive relatively well. Though our team couldn’t nail the chances, we created three or four decisive goal scoring opportunities. Our team could have carried out a better game, had we been able to differentiate and better utilize the center and the sides more clearly.

Nagata had a cramp in his leg and wasn’t able to move around freely just about 10 minutes before the match finished. Though our players were in an inferior circumstance, they fought through the match with all their might while believing in themselves and not being defeated. I thought such strong determination led to the third goal we managed to score in the end. We finished the match with a draw today. But, the result is something we should be satisfied with and regard positively.
