Our team has been playing really well recently-Team Manager Mischa

Comment from Team Manager Mischa the day before the J. League 33rd Sec match against Sagan Tosu

Tomorrow’s match will be a very difficult match. According to an article I read today, Tosu is the strongest team this season when it comes to playing home matches. As we will be playing an away match in their home stadium, it will be a very hard match for us to play.

As you can see in the standings and the difference in the points scored, this match will be of great importance to both of us. As the end of the season is approaching, our team currently has a few injured players as well as those who are suspended to play in matches. As for Nobuhisa Yamada, I do not think he is under the best condition as he has just started full scale training from yesterday.

In regards to Sagan Tosu, I see their strength in their areal play. They can make dangerous situations from a set play or a throw-in. We have to play against them tomorrow without Makino and Nagata who are two of the tallest players in our team. For this reason, Sagan Tosu will be in a better position than us in terms of areal plays. If we try to cover such disadvantages by fortifying other aspects of our play style, we cannot make our usual style attacks. We have to calculate our risks carefully and decide what approach we would take before the match.

Although it is necessary to respect the opponent team, we have nothing to fear. Our team has been playing really well recently. Our team achieved such a good result by performing well in the last match. We are a fantastic team. We will do what we have to do without fearing our opponent.
