Measures against heat stroke

BEAT THE SUMMER! Stay hydrated!

The temperature in the stadium is expected to be high during the summer.
Heatstroke can occur not only outdoors, but also indoors in poorly ventilated areas and even when resting.
If the condition worsens, it can become life-threatening, so caution is required.
We ask that you please take care of your own health and take measures to avoid heatstroke before coming to the event.

To prevent heatstroke
(Self-care)

Get a good night's sleep and a good meal before heading to the stadium.
The first step in preventing heatstroke is to be in good physical condition before going to watch a game.
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and take in plenty of salt.
Make sure to drink small amounts regularly, before you get thirsty.
