01Stroller storage
Urawa Reds matches, strollers can be checked in free of charge at the south and north entrance gates and at five information locations within the stadium. Please feel free to use.

02 About diaper changing places
Nearly all women's restrooms in Saitama Stadium have diaper-changing beds. There are also diaper changing beds in the 13 men's restrooms on site, so please use them.

03 Nursing room
At Saitama Stadium when Urawa Reds matches are held, there is a nursing room near the concourse south side stand information on the 2nd floor of the stadium.
Breastfeeding is also possible in the five medical rooms in the stadium when there are no customers undergoing medical treatment. If you would like to use the nursing room, please ask at the information desk nearby.

04 About the nursery room
Urawa Reds matches, there is a nursery room in the stadium, and specialized staff will take care of your children. This is a paid service and requires a complete reservation. Please note that if there are many applicants, a lottery will be held.
*Children can be left in the nursery room from 60 minutes before the game starts until 30 minutes after the game ends. (Reception starts 60 minutes before.)

■From the perspective of preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection, we will change the contents of deposits to the following for the time being.
- ・Please disinfect the parents and children in the nursery room and wear a mask as much as possible (optional).
- ・We will refrain from offering snacks by offering only drinks.
- ・If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher within 24 hours including the day, we will refrain from keeping it.
- ・We will measure the temperature before checking in on the day.
- ・If you have cold symptoms such as a cough or a runny nose, please refrain from checking in.

05 What if my child gets lost?
If your child gets lost in the stadium, please notify the nearest staff, security guard, or information. We will ask you for information about the lost child, and help you to meet them while keeping in touch.
06What if I get sick or get injured?
There are 5 medical rooms in Saitama Stadium, and 1 doctor, 2 nurses and 2 staff members are on standby during matches. If you feel unwell or are injured, please inform the nearest staff member or information. The staff will guide you.
*In Saitama Stadium, AEDs (automated external defibrillators) are installed in three medical rooms on the 2nd floor concourse.
