01Stroller storage
When Urawa Reds are Trial, we will be accepting strollers free of charge at the north and south entrance gates and at the five information desks within the stadium. Please feel free to make use of this service.

02 About diaper changing places
Nearly all women's restrooms in Saitama Stadium have diaper-changing beds. There are also diaper changing beds in the 13 men's restrooms on site, so please use them.

03 Nursing room
When Urawa Reds Trial are being held at Saitama Stadium, there is a nursing room located near the information desk on the south side stand of the concourse on the second floor of the stadium.
You can also breastfeed in the five medical rooms within the stadium when no other customers are receiving treatment. If you would like to use a nursing room, please inquire at the nearby information desk.

04 About the nursery room
During Urawa Reds Trial, there is a childcare room in the stadium where specialized staff will look after your children. This is a paid service and reservations are required. Please note that if there are a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.
*Childcare hours are from 60 minutes before the start of Trial to 30 minutes after the end of Trial. (Registration also begins 60 minutes before the match.)

- *Member prices will also apply to those who register at the REX CLUB booth inside the stadium on the day.

- ・Only drinks will be served; snacks will not be provided.
- ・If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher within 24 hours including the day, we will refrain from keeping it.
- ・We will measure the temperature before checking in on the day.
- ・If your child has cold symptoms such as a cough or runny nose, we will ask that you refrain from keeping them.

05 What if my child gets lost?
If your child gets lost in the stadium, please notify the nearest staff, security guard, or information. We will ask you for information about the lost child, and help you to meet them while keeping in touch.
06What if I get sick or get injured?
There are five medical rooms within Saitama Stadium, with one doctor, two nurses, and two staff members on standby during Trial. If you feel unwell or get injured, please inform a nearby staff member or information desk. Staff will guide you.
*AEDs (automated external defibrillators) are installed in three medical rooms on the second floor concourse inside Saitama Stadium.
