We would like to inform you about the services available at the Stadium Fan Shop at MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE home games (same-day name and number pressing service/South Plaza Fan Shop Fast Pass/J.League Online Store "Stadium Goods Pickup Service"/REX TICKET Goods Purchase Service Pickup).

In addition to the merchandise pickup service that was popular last year, starting this season we will be launching a new service that will allow those who purchase merchandise along with tickets through REX TICKET to pick up their merchandise at the stadium.

REX TICKET merchandise purchase service pickup
Starting this season, Urawa Reds official ticket site, "REX TICKET," has launched a new service that allows customers to purchase standard merchandise such as towel scarves, uniforms, and stuffed toys at the same time as purchasing Trial tickets.
If you have purchased goods in advance using this service, please collect them using the following method.

How to receive
Please present the QR ticket for the goods exchange voucher at the designated pick-up location.

From 4 hours before the start Trial until the start Trial
*Please note that we cannot collect your order outside of these hours.

・If you are unable to collect your ticket on the day, you can exchange it at the South Gate Ticket Information Desk on the day of the next Trial at Saitama Stadium.
Please note that your right to redeem your ticket will be invalid after the above date.


Same-day name and number crimping service
We have been offering this service since last year, and this season we will be offering it again this year, where we will print player names and numbers on uniforms purchased at the Stadium Fan Shop and press them into place at the venue!
This is a special service that allows you to have your favorite player's name and number engraved on a uniform purchased at the Stadium Fan Shop and enjoy watching the game right away, so be sure to apply when you visit!

(2) South Plaza Fan Shop: Pressing reception next to the cash register booth
*We will inform you of the available pick-up times at the time of reception.
(3) When the time comes, please pick up your uniform at the designated pick-up location.

We are working to reduce waiting times for merchandise purchases by expanding the store's space and increasing the number of cash registers, but to make merchandise shopping more enjoyable, we will be introducing a fast pass system this season at the South Plaza Fan Shop outside the stadium.
If you're in a hurry or have children with you and want to enjoy shopping as quickly as possible, please consider using FastPass!

How to use
(1) Outside the venue, line up in the fast pass lane at the South Plaza Fan Shop
(2) Receive your fast pass at the entrance
(3) Shopping in the fan shop
(4) Pay at the Fast Pass register.
(5) Please pay for the Fast Pass when you check out.
(6) After paying, return your Fast Pass.

Precautions
*One fast pass allows up to four people to enter the store.
*One Fast Pass can only be used once. Multiple purchases are not permitted.
*Can only be used on the day. Cannot be used in subsequent sections.
*Depending on the congestion of the fast pass lane, there may be waiting times both to enter the store and to pay.


J.League Online Store "Goods Stadium Pickup Service"


The "Stadium Goods Pickup Service," which was introduced last season and allows you to purchase merchandise without having to wait in line at the Stadium Fan Shop, will be available again this season on the J.League Online Store!
This service is perfect for those who are likely to arrive at the stadium at the last minute, those who don't like waiting in line to buy merchandise, and those who want to be sure to get their hands on the latest and hottest products.
