Thank you for your continued support of Urawa Reds. Fans and supporters who celebrate their birthdays on the day of a home game will be featured on the Aurora Vision and in the Official Match Day Programme (MDP) at home games in MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE.
Please read the notes carefully and apply using the application form.

*Application deadline: 5 days before each Trial
(Example) For the match against Kashima Antlers on Saturday, (Sat) 28th, the deadline is Monday, February 23rd (national holiday)

Precautions
・This offer is only available to those whose birthday falls on the day of the home game. Please note that we cannot introduce anyone whose birthday falls on any other day.
・Please note that submissions submitted after the deadline or with incomplete or missing information will not be published.
・Please note that applications for Trial other than those eligible will be invalid.
・The players will be introduced on the Aurora Vision screen during the in-stadium announcement "GO REDS GO!" 70 minutes before the start Trial. (There will be no introductions at halftime.)
・Applications for all Trial will be accepted via the form above.
・If someone other than the applicant is applying, please be sure to obtain the applicant's consent and include the name and phone number of the person who introduced you.
Gender will not be disclosed.
・Applies to home game days hosted by Urawa Reds.
・Please note that applications using pets or nicknames are not accepted.
・Multiple applications will not be invalid, so if you are unsure whether you have applied, we recommend that you apply again.
