"Hello everyone, and Happy New Year, I wish you all the best this year.

It's been a long time since I've had a face-to-face press conference, and as expected, the atmosphere is different than usual, and I'm nervous. The players lined up here seem to be quite nervous, but I would like to proceed in a friendly atmosphere as much as possible.

As for the explanation about the reinforcements for this season, I was basically hoping to answer questions from the media, so I would like to introduce the players first.

Now, I will introduce each player individually, and after that I would like to receive comments from each player.

First of all, Shinzo Koroki, who will be returning from Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo. I don't think much explanation is needed. The average age of the team is also getting younger. I have high hopes for him not only for his experience, but also for his unabated scoring ability on the pitch.

[Shinzo Koroki]

“Hello, I never thought that I would appear at a press conference as a new member at the age of 37, so Hisashi Tsuchida would like to take this opportunity to come back to Urawa Reds Reds. Thank you very much, Mr. and everyone on the team.

I'm 37 years old this year, but in the past, Abe-chan (Yuki Abe) and Taira-san (Tadaaki Hirakawa), I felt close to the presence they gave to the team, so I've been in close contact with them. I wish I could behave like the players.

Personally, of course, I think it is important to play in matches and play an active role, but I will do my best to support the team with all my strength and do my best to score goals when I go out in matches. I would like to do my best to finish the year without injury and win all the titles. thank you"

Nishino TD
“Next is Toshiki Takahashi, a new member from Roasso Kumamoto. As a forward player, what Urawa Reds are looking for is not only offensive power but also defensive power. I have high expectations for his defensive ability, his ability to enter crosses, and his ability to score goals.”

[Toshiki Takahashi]

I am Toshiki Takahashi, and I will be joining the team from Roasso Kumamoto. After the first day of practice today, I had a chance to talk with many players. Today, after the first day of practice, I had a chance to talk with various players, and I would like to get used to this team as soon as possible and contribute to the team in my areas of strength, such as defense from the front and scoring goals, so I look forward to working with you.

Nishino TD
Next, I would like to welcome back Takuya Ogiwara, a returning player from Kyoto Sanga F.C.. He has been away from the team for two and a half years, gaining experience at a J2 club and a J1 club. He has been away from the team for two and a half years, gaining experience at J2 and J1 clubs. We have asked him to come back because we believe that he will be an asset to Urawa Reds as we aim to win the championship in J1.

[Takuya Ogiwara]

“Hello, my name is Takuya Ogiwara, and I have returned to Urawa Reds after an interval of two and a half years. I would like to give back as much as I can to the things I have grown over the past two and a half years through playing on the pitch.

I have grown up with this team since I was a junior youth player, and I would like to show my gratitude and be a person who can help the team win. thank you"

Nishino TD
“Next is Shun Yoshida, a new addition from Oita Trinita. Urawa Reds Diamonds goalkeepers are in a very tight position, but what the team is looking for is a solid player like the 11th player on the field. He has the potential to be involved in the build-up, and I expected him to become a force for Urawa Reds in the future, so I asked him to join.”

[Shun Yoshida]

“My name is Shun Yoshida, and I joined from Oita Trinita. My strengths are the same, but I will do my best both privately and on the pitch so that everyone will love me, so please support me.”

Nishino TD
“Next and last is Yota Horiuchi, who will be promoted from youth. He is a midfield player who has a lot of exercise and covers a wide area of the pitch. Of course, there is still room for further improvement in terms of physical and technical aspects, but I have high hopes that he will become a force for Urawa Reds in the future, so I signed a professional contract with him.”

[Yota Horiuchi]

“Hello everyone. My name is Yota Horiuchi Urawa Reds and I was promoted from Urawa Reds Youth. I know there will be many difficulties in jumping in, but I will never forget to be grateful to the people who have supported me, and I will do my best to play football in my own way. I would like to become an existence that can be done, so please continue to support me.”

Nishino TD
“Today, we will introduce the five new players. I can't say it's completed yet, but I hope to let you know as soon as it's decided."

【Question-and-answer session】
(I would like to ask Mr. Ogiwara. As a player from Saitama prefecture, when you were out on loan, how did you feel when you were watching Urawa Reds?)
Takuya Ogiwara
“I started my professional life with Urawa Reds, but I wasn’t able to have the season career I wanted, so I left on a loan to get a chance to play. When I played for the club, I was reminded once again that Urawa Reds is a really great club and a club that I really like. I am full of feelings."

(Koroki. How did you feel when you watched Urawa Reds during the same year?)
Shinzo Koroki
“The decision to go was really tough. I had a lot of conversations with Mr. Tsuchida, who was here. It was a very difficult decision to leave the Reds fans and supporters, as well as the players who fought with me all the time, but now I don't have a single regret about that decision. I myself have fought hard for Sapporo this past year, so I have no regrets.

I knew that I would not be able to come back to Urawa Reds easily, so I wanted to play as much as I could and show my improved self to everyone once again. I couldn't get the results I wanted. I'm like this, but (Tsuchida) Naofumi and everyone involved with Urawa Reds have brought me back, so I'm full of gratitude."

(I would like to ask Mr. Takahashi. Mr. Takahashi was from Saitama Sakae High School and played in Urawa Reds until high school. I would like to ask for your thoughts on standing on the pitch and how you want to be active this season.
Toshiki Takahashi
“Ever since I was a student, my hometown club called Urawa Urawa Reds has always been in contention for the championship. It is a great honor for me to join this club, which is always fighting for the championship. I hope that I can contribute to that responsibility in the form of a goal.”

(I would like to ask Koroki. The final of the AFC Champions League will be held in May. Koroki himself is the top Japanese scorer in the ACL and has won the championship. What are your thoughts on the ACL?)
Shinzo Koroki
“Last season, the players who were in the Reds worked hard to make it to the final stage. I think it will go up, so I'm full of feelings that I want to return my debt."

(I have a question for all the players. Manager Maciej Skorza said earlier that he wanted to create a competitive team. What kind of play do you want to make to gain a position?)
Shinzo Koroki
“Of course, I think competitiveness is important for the team, so I want to keep running.”

Toshiki Takahashi
“My position is a forward, so of course I want to contribute to the team in the form of scoring goals, but I also want to contribute to the team by defending from the front line, which is my specialty, and getting out of the back. I think"

Takuya Ogiwara
“In terms of playing, there are many things, but I would like to make full use of my strengths, such as offensive power. By accumulating, I was able to play in a position where I can take responsibility for winning and losing, so I would like to play with this team, of course, and take responsibility for winning and losing the team.”

Shun Yoshida
“The GK is the 11th player in the field, so I have to connect the ball from behind so that I can be the starting point of the attack. I want to do my best without being humble.”

Yota Horiuchi
“I think Urawa Reds Red Diamonds has some of the top-level volunteers in Japan. I've been conscious of it, so I'm going to hone it more from practice in the professional world, and of course I'll be able to win there, but I'm going to have a scoring ability, and I'm going to participate in the attack, and I'm going to decide the game. , I hope I can win with that kind of play."

(I have a question for Takahashi. What do you want to steal from Koroki?)
Toshiki Takahashi
“Since my hometown is Saitama, I have watched Koroki from the cheering seats at the stadium. This season I will be able to play with him, so I think that watching him and playing on the pitch are completely different. I want you to steal everything you can steal.”
