Please review the important notes before applying via the application form.
For Trial where a matchday program (MDP) is issued, this information will also be included in the MDP.

*Application deadline: 5 days before each Trial.
(Example) For the match against RB Omiya Ardija on August 1st (Sat), the deadline is July 27th (Mon).
For the match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on August 15th (Sat), the deadline is August 10th (Mon).

Precautions
・There will be no MDP issued for the match against RB Omiya Ardija on August 1st (Sat).
This offer is only for those whose birthday falls on the day of a home game. Please note that we cannot offer this to anyone whose birthday falls on any other day.
Please note that submissions that have missed the deadline or contain incomplete or missing information will not be published.
Please note that entries for matches other than the designated Trial will be invalid.
- The announcement on the Jumbotron will be made during the stadium broadcast "GO REDS GO!" starting 70 minutes before Trial begins. (There will be no announcement during halftime.)
・Registration for all Trial will be accepted via the form above.
・If someone other than the applicant applies, please be sure to obtain the applicant's consent and include the name and phone number of the referrer.
- Gender will not be published.
This applies to home game days hosted by Urawa Reds.
Please note that we cannot accept submissions of pets or submissions using nicknames.
