As the REX CLUB's 2026/27 season begins on Thursday, July 2nd, we would like to inform our fans and supporters about the change of the REX CLUB's fiscal year.

1. Service interruption due to system maintenance on July 1st
System maintenance will be performed on Wednesday, July 1st. Therefore, the following services, which require login using your REX CLUB membership number, will be unavailable.
Maintenance is scheduled to last all day on July 1st, but we plan to resume service for the 2026/27 season as soon as it is completed.

2. Regarding logging into the REX CLUB My Page when your membership number changes due to new membership registration, name change, or reissuance of your LOYALTY (season ticket) membership.
This applies to members who purchased season tickets for the 2026/27 season and who meet the following criteria:
- For those who have applied for a new season ticket or changed the name on the membership card using their current REX CLUB membership number.
・For those who have had their card membership card reissued due to loss or other reasons.

Members who fall under the above categories will have their membership card numbers changed for the 2026/27 season.
From mid-June onwards, you will not be able to log in to your REX CLUB My Page using your current membership number in order to prepare for the 2026/27 season.
If you are unable to log in, please use your registered email address.

3. Regarding the application process for new REGULAR memberships for the 2026/27 season.
Due to system maintenance, we will temporarily suspend registration for 'REGULAR (paid membership)' on Wednesday, July 1st.
Additionally, payment of the annual membership fee via convenience store will not be available from Wednesday, June 24th to Tuesday, June 30th.
Credit card payments are accepted until Tuesday, June 30th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

New registration for REGULAR (paid membership)
New members can register. Urawa Reds Official Website REX CLUB page You can do this from the REX CLUB page on Urawa Reds official website.
After registering as a WHITE (free member), please upgrade to a REGULAR (paid member).

Category change from WHITE (free member) to REGULAR (paid member)
Please click the banner "[Continue/New Membership for REGULAR (Paid Membership)]" on your My Page and proceed with the procedure.
By completing the membership registration process here, all your accumulated points and visit history will be carried over.

4. REGULAR Membership Renewal Procedure
If you have not renewed your membership by 23:59 on Tuesday, June 30th, you will become a WHITE (free member) from Wednesday, July 1st onwards. You will no longer be able to receive the services and programs offered as a REGULAR (paid member).
If you wish to continue your membership (automatic payment), please either proceed yourself through the "Continue/New Membership to REGULAR (Paid Membership)" link in your My Page, or check the payment settings for the 2026/27 season REGULAR automatic renewal membership, which will be implemented on Wednesday, July 1st, and proceed accordingly.

5. Procedures for new and continuing membership to WHITE (free membership)
New members can register through the REX CLUB page on Urawa Reds official website.
If you are a WHITE (free member) during MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE season, your registration as a WHITE (free member) will automatically be carried over to the 2026/27 season.
You do not need to take any new steps for the 2026/27 season.

6. Regarding point accrual at the online shop
Points earned from online shop purchases will be automatically awarded approximately one week after the product is shipped. Points will be awarded based on the member's category and stage at the time of point awarding. Please note that points will not be awarded on the day of purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our online shop.

7. Regarding the expiration date of REX POINTS
There are no REX POINTS that will expire at the end of MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE.
The next time your points will expire is at the end of the 2026/27 season, at the end of June 2027.

8. Regarding the 2026/27 Season Card Membership
・For LOYALTY members who have been upgraded to a higher membership stage and REGULAR (paid members) who have applied for a membership card, the membership card will be sent to your registered address in due course. In addition, REGULAR (paid member) membership cards will be valid indefinitely unless the membership number is changed due to loss or other reasons.

・Regular Redsland members and White (free members) will not be issued a membership card.
Please use the digital membership card that can be displayed on your My Page. It can be used in the same way as your physical membership card. Please use the digital membership card if you are waiting for your physical membership card to arrive or if you do not have a physical membership card with your latest membership number printed on it.
