In light of these circumstances, we sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding the changes in operations, such as by using public transportation to get to the venue.

We would like to inform you of the refund method for parking tickets at the "Daimon Kamiike Adjustment Pond Plaza Parking Lot" as follows.

For those who have purchased a parking ticket for the Daimon Kamiike Flood Control Reservoir Plaza parking lot.

Refund application period
June 12th (Friday) 10:00 - June 30th (Tuesday) 23:59

Refund method
Those who have already received their tickets
Refunds will be processed at the store where the ticket was issued. Please bring your ticket with you to the store within the refund period.
Tickets issued at stores have the name of the store where you purchased them printed on the bottom left of the ticket.

Those who have already paid for their tickets but have not yet received them (do not have them in their possession)
Please pick up your tickets at the respective stores and follow the same refund procedure as for those who have already received their tickets.
*Please note that Seven-Eleven stores cannot process refunds on the same day the ticket is issued.
Please visit the store where you received your ticket again after 10:00 AM the day after it was issued.
*Please issue your tickets at least one day before the refund acceptance deadline and complete the refund process within the refund acceptance period.

Regarding point handling when purchasing REX TICKET
We regret to inform you that all REX POINTS awarded to you upon your purchase will be cancelled.

Notes regarding refunds
*Tickets purchased after the refund period (until June 30th (Tue) 23:59) cannot be refunded. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Please keep your ticket safe, as we cannot issue refunds if you lose it or have no other valid ticket.
*Tickets that are illegible due to damage or other reasons will generally not be refunded.
*Please note that tickets purchased or obtained through channels other than the official ticket sales channels designated by the club, such as ticket resale shops or online auctions, will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
*Please note that this refund does not cover payment processing fees, transportation costs, accommodation expenses, communication costs, etc.
