We are pleased to announce the coaching staff for Urawa Reds Heart-full Club for the 2026 fiscal year (April 2026 to March 2027).

Urawa Reds Heart-full Club been working for over 20 years with the theme of nurturing "heart," driven by a sense of gratitude to the people of our hometown who have supported the club since the inception of the J.League, and a strong belief in realizing the J.League's 100-Year Vision.

Urawa Reds believes that the most important thing that sports foster is the "heart." Sports cultivate not only a healthy body, but also rich creativity and consideration for others.

At Heart-full Club, we value the following four "hearts" in our activities.
(1) A spirit of putting one's best effort into everything
(2) A willingness to enjoy each other's company
(3) A heart that trusts and cares for one's comrades
(4) A mind that does not run away from thinking

We will continue to cherish these values and connect with everyone's hearts.

Main activities
With the theme of nurturing "hearts," we conduct activities that create a lot of communication through soccer.

・Six soccer schools at five locations within the prefecture for children from kindergarten to 6th grade.
- Supporting lessons that nurture "heart" in elementary schools
Reds Kids Soccer for nurseries and kindergartens
- Soccer caravan targeting people with disabilities, women, seniors, etc., including blind soccer.
- Holding soccer events in collaboration with partner companies and government agencies.
- Grassroots international exchange activities in various Asian countries, triggered by participation in the AFC Champions League in 2007.

Please also join us for "Enjoy! Heart-full Soccer" which is held irregularly during home games!

2026 Heart-full Club Partner


We would also like to inform you that, effective from fiscal year 2026, Heart-full Club has entered into a partnership agreement with Teikei Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo / Representative: Yoshiaki Kageyama).
This agreement will result in the logo being displayed on coach wear and school uniforms.
