Regarding the violations and disciplinary actions in the match against Kashima Antlers

On February 28, 2026 (Sat), during MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE Round 4 match Kashima Antlers Antlers held at Saitama Stadium, a violation of Trial operation and management regulations occurred by Urawa Reds supporters.
Below, we will explain the details of the violation and the disciplinary action taken, as well as the sequence of events from the occurrence of the incident to the issuance of this report.

- The process leading up to the decision on disciplinary action
< (Sat), February 28th to Wednesday, March 4th>
During Trial (second half added time), a camera operator filming the broadcast footage confirmed that the offending act occurred. After Trial, the broadcast production company reported the incident to our club's public relations staff, leading to the discovery of the matter. As the violation was recorded in part of the footage filmed for the broadcast, staff from our club's competition operations department reviewed the footage and identified one person who committed the offending act. The person suspected of being the offending individual was contacted, and after he admitted to the offending act, an in-person meeting was scheduled for Thursday, the 5th.

<Thursday, March 5th>
Interviews with the individuals subject to the disciplinary action were conducted in a conference room inside Saitama Stadium by staff from the competition operations headquarters. They were also informed that they would be prohibited from attending Trial until the disciplinary action decision was finalized.

<Friday, March 6th>
The competition management headquarters requested an interview with the camera crew member who committed the offending act, and arrangements were made for the interview to take place on (Sat) March 7th.

<March 7th (Sat)- March 11th (Wed)>
An interview with the camera operator was conducted in a conference room inside Saitama Stadium by staff from the competition operations headquarters.
Based on interviews with both the person subject to disciplinary action and the camera crew, the "Urawa Red Diamonds Soccer Trial Operation Management Regulations" and the "J.League Trial Operation Penalty Regulations" were reviewed, and after deliberation within the Competition Management Headquarters, the Competition Management Headquarters decided on its disciplinary policy.
Following this decision, the Compliance Committee was convened on Friday, March 13th, as the earliest possible date due to the committee members' schedules, in order to make a final decision on disciplinary action.

<March 13th (Friday)>
The Compliance Committee was convened and the above disciplinary measures were decided.

<March 16th (Monday)>
Staff from the competition management headquarters will inform the individuals subject to the disciplinary action in person and obtain a written agreement confirming their consent.

Urawa Reds will continue to focus on measures to prevent violations and will thoroughly implement timely, appropriate, and firm responses to any violations, dedicating all its efforts to creating a safe, comfortable, and vibrant stadium packed to capacity.
