As part of improving hospitality at home games, the Urawa Reds Urawa Reds have started the Saitama Stadium Women's Restroom Improvement Project since the 2020 season. We have received many requests and opinions regarding the toilet.
Based on that opinion, Saitama Prefecture, Saitama Stadium, and Urawa Reds have worked together to create a stadium that is even more comfortable and easy to use for everyone, and has repeatedly considered ways to improve the toilet environment. As part of the "Status Toilet Improvement Project," we have completed the renovation of 16 restrooms, starting with four in 2022 and ending in 2023.

We would like to inform you that the complete renovation of the toilets on the second floor of the lower stand has been completed, and they will be available for use from the match against Tokyo Verdy on Sunday, March 3rd [MATCH PARTNER PORUS GROUP].
Ver. 3 received a lot of feedback in a survey after Ver. 2, so we had many discussions between Saitama Prefecture, Saitama Stadium, and Urawa Reds, and it was very well received. The design of the north side stand is based on Urawa Reds club colors (red, white, and black). It has been decided that the club will continue, and in addition to a design that brings out the club colors throughout, the restrooms have also been renovated to make them more comfortable.

The details of this Saitama Stadium "New Restroom" (client: Saitama Prefecture, cooperation: Saitama Stadium 2○○2) are as follows.

18 new toilets
・2 men's restrooms on the 2nd floor concourse of the main stand (near the 204 entrance/near the A10 gate)
・2 women's toilets on the 2nd floor concourse of the main stand (near the 205 entrance/near the A10 gate)
・Two men's restrooms in the north side stand concourse (near the 207 entrance/near the 211 entrance)
・3 women's restrooms in the north side stand concourse (near 208 entrance/210 entrance/212 entrance)
・1 men's restroom on the 2nd floor of the back stand concourse (near Gate C9)
・3 women's restrooms on the 2nd floor concourse of the back stand (near 215 entrance/216 entrance/near C9 gate)
・Two men's restrooms in the south side stand concourse (near 220 entrance/223 entrance)
・3 women's restrooms in the south side stand concourse (near 221 entrance/222 entrance/224 entrance)

Main improvements
・Renovation of the toilets on the second floor concourse of the lower stand has been completed.
・Changing boards (changing places) installed at all booths in the north side stand
・Installation of illuminated mirrors (2 men's restrooms and 1 women's restroom on the north side stand / 2 men's restrooms and 1 women's restroom on the south side stand)
・Improved visibility inside the toilet

(2) Installation of wide-angle mirror
(3) Installation of glass partition
・Continuation and evolution of the north side stand design based on Urawa Reds club colors (red, white, black)

Although the renovation of the second floor of the lower stand has been completed with this renovation, we will continue to listen to everyone's opinions regarding the remaining restroom renovations, and will continue to plan future construction projects with the aim of further improvement together with Saitama Prefecture and Saitama Stadium.
