ご購入の流れ
【レッドボルテージ】
(1)レジにて引換券(1枚券・3枚券・5枚券)をお買い求めください。
(2)引換券記載のQRコードをご自身のスマートフォン・タブレットで読み込んでください。
(3)画面の指示に従い、ご自身の画像フォルダの写真をアップロードし、5桁の認証コードを取得してください。
※裏面にオフィシャル・エンブレムをプリントする場合は、上記、スマートフォン及びアップロードは不要です。
(4)オンサイトカード機にて、取得した5桁の認証コードと引換券裏面に記載の12桁のシリアルナンバーを入力してください。
(5)オモテ面はランダムな選手カード、ウラ面はご自身でお選びいただいた画像が入ったカードが発行されます!

(1)会員登録
ご連絡先や発送用のご住所などのご登録が必要になります。
(2)チケットをご購入
ご利用には1枚500円(税込)のチケット購入が必要となります。
(3)オンサイトカードを手に入れる
チケット1枚につき、オンサイトカードを1枚手に入れることができます。
(4)発送について
発送手続きをすることで手に入れた実物のカードがお手元に届きます。
一度の発送につき、送料としてチケット1枚(500円/枚)が必要です。
発送依頼をされますと、獲得した全カードが郵送されます。(カードの選択発送は不可)
発送手続きの際は、獲得した選手カードの中なら、好きな選手の裏面に好きな画像を設定できます。
その際、5桁の認証番号の記載がない場合や、入力ミス、正常にアップロードされてない場合はロゴカードが届きます。ロゴカードの場合は、日付は設定できません。(発送期間中の日付が印刷されます)

<Sales at Red Voltage>
*To prevent problems caused by overcrowding, Red Voltage will limit the number of vouchers that can be used at the on-site card machine to one per turn. Please cooperate by rearranging the queue.
*Depending on the congestion on the day, it may take some time to issue the card. If congestion continues, we may not be able to issue the card on the same day, so please be aware of this in advance.
*Card exchanges are not permitted at Red Voltage stores.

<About online sales>
*Tickets that can be used on the online site can only be used on the online site. Exchange tickets purchased at Red Voltage cannot be used.
