Please note that there will be no same-day ticket sales at Trial venue, and no seat change service will be available for season ticket holders.

*You will not be able to watch the game from any seat other than the one you purchased. We are also unable to offer seat transfers.

Regarding excessive seat reservation in unreserved seats
We ask for your cooperation in packing your seats together 60 minutes before kick-off. Please make sure to leave any seats you do not need free. You do not have to stay in your seat when packing your seats together, but if we determine that you are packing too many seats, we may take necessary measures such as issuing a warning or removing the seats.

Ticket resale

Reserved seat tickets for Urawa Reds home games are "specific event admission tickets."
Anyone who illegally resells "specified event tickets" or acquires tickets for the purpose of illegally reselling them is subject to imprisonment of up to one year, a fine of up to one million yen, or both.
We ask that you refrain from reselling tickets, and that you never purchase tickets that are being resold at high prices.
If you resell tickets or purchase resold tickets, you may be denied entry.
Please note that no refunds will be given even if you are denied entry.
Additionally, we may contact anyone who is seated in a seat suspected of being resold on the day of the event.
