・Background to the decision on disciplinary measures
< Trial day, Sunday, March 16th>
The offence committed by the individual subject to disciplinary action occurred in the visitor supporter area after the end of Trial. On the same day, a Kashima Antlers operation officer, a Kashima Antlers security guard, a Kashima Police Department officer and staff from our club's competition management headquarters conducted a face-to-face questioning of the individual subject to disciplinary action.

Because the individual subject to disciplinary action verbally admitted to the act, the action was checked against the "Urawa Red Diamonds Soccer Trial Management Regulations" and the "J.League Trial Management Penalty Regulations" and, after consultation with Kashima Antlers' management staff, it was decided to ban the individual indefinitely from entering the stadium and notify the individual.

However, the person subject to disciplinary action refused to fill out a written memorandum regarding the decision for over two hours. As the person subject's statements and attitude did not indicate an intention to be questioned on a different day, after further discussions with Kashima Antlers management staff, it was decided to issue a notice, signed jointly by representatives of both clubs, banning the person from attending Trial indefinitely. The notice was handed to the person subject to disciplinary action on the same day, and the person subject accepted it. The person subject did not raise any objections.

<Tuesday, March 18>
The Compliance Committee was convened on Tuesday, March 18th, the earliest possible date given the committee members' schedules. The Compliance Committee met on the same day to review the above details and approve the disciplinary action.

Urawa Reds will continue to focus on measures to prevent the occurrence of violations and will take timely, appropriate and firm action against any violations, in order to create a safe, comfortable, exciting and packed stadium.
