After playing the match against Omiya Ardija-Team Manager Finke

Comment from Team Manager Volker Finke after playing in the J. League Thirtieth Sec. against Omiya Ardija

We had such a bitter experience today. As the team struggled to get right into the game from the start, our opponent was able to score the first goal. Considering how we were playing at that stage of the game, it was natural for them to score the goal. Since our team was struggling as they did, we could not get ourselves into the game well. I think this explains the reason for today’s poor result.
Furthermore, when the team started to get into the game and had created several scoring opportunities with some sort of stability, one of our players was sent off from the pitch for having a second yellow card. For this reason, we had to continue playing in the match with one less player than our opponent team and with the poor score result of zero to one. As a result, our team had to play under such difficult conditions.
Our team does not necessarily have abundant stamina to start with. On top of that, having one less player than our opponent team without the opening goal score made it difficult for us to perform well.
We struggled against Omiya Ardija’s fierce counter attacks. We could not guard ourselves well against Rafael who played a central role in their fierce attacks.
