How to receive and ship the rewards
◇Online shop
・A signed autograph will be sent along with the purchased item.
Please note that depending on the status of the signature acquisition, it may be sent separately.
-During the campaign period, shipping may be delayed by 1-2 days due to the process of packaging the autographed illustrations.

*Please note that due to inventory checks, delivery will not be available on specified dates and product shipments will be suspended on the online shop during the following dates.

◇Red Voltage
・Eligible applicants will be required to fill out the necessary information on the application form for this campaign.
・The autographed colored paper is scheduled to be handed over together with the target product, but depending on the acquisition status of the autograph, it may be mailed at a later date. Please note.
- It will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the number printing and lamination to be completed.

◇Stadium Fan Shop
・Eligible applicants will be required to fill out the necessary information on the application form for this campaign.
・The autographed illustration card will be mailed to you at a later date based on the customer information you fill out on the application form.

*Changes, returns, or cancellations cannot be made after an order has been placed.
*The uniform will be folded in half when delivered.
*If the player is transferred, we will contact customers who have purchased tickets individually regarding how to proceed.
