Urawa Reds, in collaboration with their family partner Conext Marketing Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Keisuke Odawara; hereinafter referred to as "Conext Marketing"), will be holding "Urawa Reds x Job Hunting Futsal in Saitama Stadium 2002" on Tuesday, May 20th.
This event is planned for Urawa Reds' partner companies under the concept of "an event directly linked to recruitment through soccer". The aim is to create an opportunity for companies and students to deepen their interactions through futsal and explore new possibilities for recruitment activities.

Event Content
1. Corporate Short Presentation
Participating companies gave presentations to students about the appeal of their companies.

2. Futsal tournament (HR is the manager!)
Companies and students formed mixed teams and engaged in natural interaction through games.

3.Social gathering
After the futsal game, we provide an opportunity for deeper communication in a relaxed atmosphere.
Through this event, students gain a deeper understanding of corporate culture and companies can interact directly with future talent, leading to more effective recruitment activities.
This event will create new opportunities for Urawa Reds' partner companies and students who will lead the future, and provide a place to connect soccer with careers. Please come and join us!

What is job hunting futsal?
"Job Hunting Futsal" is a new recruitment event that utilizes sports.
Organized by Connect Marketing, the event provides a forum for companies and students to deepen their understanding of each other by communicating directly through futsal.
Many companies and students have participated to date, creating many new career possibilities that were not available through traditional recruitment methods.

Background of the futsal job hunting program
In recent years, recruiting new graduates has become increasingly difficult, and traditional selection methods have made it difficult to form a pool of candidates and to assess students' individuality and potential, resulting in issues such as potential mismatches.
Connect Marketing has therefore utilized its in-house recruitment know-how to host approximately 50 "Job Hunting Futsal" events, creating new opportunities for students and companies to meet through futsal.
This event boasts a high matching accuracy, with an average of eight students progressing to the selection process per company, and an average of one or two accepting a job offer.
"Job Hunting Futsal" is not just a place for job hunting, but we will continue to aim for further development as a place where each student can meet and let their individuality shine, valuing connections between people.

Futsal is a sport that requires various skills that are necessary in society, such as teamwork, communication skills, leadership, and situational judgment.
By playing futsal with the students, you can get a glimpse of the abilities they possess.
We can see the true essence of students, such as their playing style, contribution to the team, enthusiasm, teamwork, and problem-solving ability, which cannot be seen from resumes or regular interviews.

Conext Marketing Inc.
Connect Marketing's main businesses are soccer and futsal event management, futsal field management, sales agency and recruitment support.
We operate three futsal fields and host a variety of events for students, centered around our soccer and futsal event brand "LiGA DiVeRTiDA," which attracts more than 80,000 people a year.
In addition, our sales agency business has recruited approximately 20 people through futsal in one year, and we are now using that experience and know-how to develop our job hunting futsal business.
