Regarding violations and their disciplinary actions in the September 20th match against Kashima Antlers

During the 30th round of the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League match Kashima Antlers held at Saitama Stadium on (Sat), September 20, 2025, a violation of Trial management regulations occurred by Urawa Reds supporter.
We would like to offer our deepest apologies to those who were victims of the acts subject to disciplinary action listed below on the day of Trial, as well as to anyone else who was inconvenienced by these violations.
Below we will explain the violations and the disciplinary action taken, as well as the events that occurred from the time the incident occurred until the issuance of this report.

<Thursday, September 25th to Friday, September 26th>
The incident came to light after a contact was made by the victim of the aforementioned disciplinary action by the individual in question. Staff from our club's competition operations headquarters reviewed the video of the disciplinary action and conducted an investigation to identify the individual. Having found the individual believed to be the subject of the disciplinary action, they requested that he or she visit the club office the morning of the following day, the 27th. At the same time, they apologized to the victim and contacted the individual to request details about the circumstances under which the action occurred.

<September 27th (Sat) >
Staff from the Competition Management Division interviewed the individual at our club office. As the individual admitted to the conduct for which the disciplinary action was taken, the individual will be banned from attending the Trial venue, including Trial that took place on that day, until a disciplinary action is finalized.

<Sunday, September 28th to Tuesday, October 7th>
Based on the results of questioning the individuals subject to the disciplinary action and interviews with the victims, the Competition Management Headquarters has decided on a disciplinary policy after reviewing the matter against the "Urawa Red Diamonds Soccer Trial Management Regulations" and the "J.League Trial Management Penalty Regulations" and discussing it within the Competition Management Headquarters.
Following this decision, the Compliance Committee will convene on Wednesday, October 8th, the earliest possible date given the committee members' schedules, to make a final decision on the club's disciplinary action.

The Compliance Committee met to decide on the above disciplinary action.

<Tuesday, October 14th>
Given the schedules of both the individual subject to the disciplinary action and the staff of our club's competition management headquarters, the earliest possible date for the action to be taken was the same day, at which point the individual was notified of the disciplinary action in person and a written statement of agreement was obtained from the individual subject to the disciplinary action.

We sincerely apologize for not being able to prevent the violation of Trial management regulations from occurring.
Urawa Reds will continue to focus on measures to prevent violations and take timely, appropriate and firm action against any violations, in order to ensure a safe, comfortable and exciting stadium filled to capacity.
