I would like to once again pray for the repose of the souls of the victims of the disaster.
Through support activities such as the "Great East Japan Earthquake Relief Project Heart-full Soccer in Tohoku", Urawa Reds has visited the affected areas 22 times to date, reaching more than 4,700 people with the aim of providing emotional care to the children affected by the disaster. In recent years, due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection, we have not been able to carry out the same activities as before. With the cooperation of each town's board of education, we visited local elementary schools and kindergartens and carried out activities.
Also, during home games, we are continuing our activities to keep the memories of the earthquake from fading through photo exhibitions and fund-raising activities to support the affected areas.
