A midfielder with abundant stamina and solid technique, he brings stability to the team as a link in midfield. He started his professional career at Yokohama FC, then played for Kawasaki Frontale, and gained experience at Stoke City FC in the English second division.
Last season, he played in Trial out of 46 league Trial, supporting the team. In addition to his ability to draw out the ball in midfield and create attacking rhythm, his strengths include the toughness and fighting spirit he honed in England. Leveraging his experience of adapting to various football styles both domestically and internationally and absorbing their essence, he will add new strength to Urawa's midfield on both offense and defense.
