Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School Terms and Conditions

Article 1 Name

The name of this school is "Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School (hereinafter referred to as the "School")" and it will be managed and operated by Urawa Red Diamonds Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 Location

The secretariat is located at 3-4 Ohara, Urawa-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, 330-0046.

Article 3 Purpose

This school aims to improve and spread soccer skills, develop children's healthy minds and bodies, and contribute to the promotion of local sports and the development of well-rounded people.

Article 4: Membership Qualifications and Procedures

  1. 1. Members are those who agree with the school's objectives, can agree to and comply with these terms and conditions, and are in a healthy state suitable for participating in sports (hereinafter referred to as "members").
  2. 2. The person must not be a member, constituent or associated with anti-social forces (meaning organized crime groups and their related organizations as defined in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Members, etc.).
  3. 3.Those who meet Paragraph 1.2 of the same article and wish to join this school shall apply to this school according to the prescribed procedures.

Article 5 Membership fees etc.

  1. 1.Members shall pay the annual membership fee, monthly membership fee, and school wear fees by the method determined by this school.
  2. 2.Annual membership fee will be charged if you are enrolled for one day or more between April 1st and March 31st of each year. In addition, the annual membership fee for joining mid-year will be an amount separately determined by the school depending on the month of joining. Additionally, there will be no discount on the monthly membership fee even if you join or withdraw from the membership midway through the month.
  3. 3.This school has an annual membership system, and the specified monthly membership fee must be paid regardless of the number of classes each month.
  4. 4.The Company shall not refund annual membership fees, monthly membership fees, or school wear fees once paid, regardless of the reason.

Article 6 How to pay membership fees, etc.

The method of payment for membership fees, etc. based on these terms and conditions shall be on the 20th of each month by credit card payment through the collection agency system (Picro) operated by this school. The monthly membership fee shall be paid in the current month, and the annual membership fee shall be paid in April or the month of joining, together with the monthly membership fee.

Article 7 Wearing and purchasing school uniforms

Members must purchase and wear the complete set of clothing (short-sleeved shirt, pants, socks) specified by this school.

Article 8 Insurance

  1. 1. Upon joining, members will be required to enroll in the group accident insurance designated by this school. The enrollment procedure will be carried out by the school's secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the "secretariat"), and the insurance premium will be allocated from the annual membership fee.
  2. 2. Compensation for injuries and liability accidents during activities will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance above.
    Members and guardians must contact the secretariat within one week of the accident to complete insurance application procedures and make a claim.

Article 9 Injuries/Accidents

  1. 1. We will take all possible precautions to avoid accidents during the school activities, but you must act at your own risk. For unexpected injuries and accidents during the school activities, you will be covered by the group accident insurance specified by the school. This is within the applicable scope and no other guarantees are assumed. In the event of damage, theft, or other accidents, no claims will be made against the facility, the school, or the school's instructors for any damages.
  2. 2. If a member is injured during this school activity, we will provide first aid and, if emergency care is required, we will provide emergency transportation. The cost of first aid shall be borne by the member receiving the first aid. Furthermore, the school will not be held responsible for any subsequent treatment or hospital visits.
  3. 3.Parents must determine that the member is in good health before allowing the member to participate in this school's activities.

Article 10 Transfer

  1. 1. This school may be canceled at our discretion, taking into consideration inclement weather or physical condition after the activity. In that case, the transfer will be made on the same day of the week. However, this does not apply if the activity is canceled after half of the class period has elapsed.
  2. 2. If a member is absent for personal reasons, a make-up session will not be possible.
  3. 3. We will try to make transfers whenever possible, but if it is not possible due to scheduling reasons, members will leave the decision to the school.

Article 11 Adjournment

  1. 1. Members who wish to suspend membership shall apply to the secretariat by email by the 10th of the month preceding the month in which they wish to suspend membership, and shall receive approval from the secretariat. Applications made after the 11th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to suspend your membership will not be approved, and you will be required to pay the monthly membership fee for the month in which you wish to suspend your membership.
  2. 2. The period of recess shall be within two months, and membership shall be automatically reinstated when the period of recess has elapsed. However, this does not apply if the school deems it necessary to take a break due to an injury or other reason.

Article 12 Withdrawal

  1. 1. Members who wish to withdraw from membership shall apply to the secretariat by email by the 10th of the month preceding the month in which they wish to withdraw, and shall obtain approval from the secretariat. Applications made after the 11th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to withdraw from membership will not be approved, and you will be required to pay the monthly membership fee for the month in which you wish to withdraw from membership.
  2. 2. If you re-join after withdrawing from membership, you will have to pay the annual membership fee and monthly membership fee again.

Article 13 Expulsion

If a member or their guardian falls under any of the following, this school may suspend or expel the member's membership.

  1. (1) In the event of violation of these Terms.
  2. (2) If the school’s reputation and dignity are seriously damaged.
  3. (3) If the member engages in acts that cause a significant nuisance to other members (guardians).
  4. (4) If membership fees, etc. are in arrears for more than two months.
  5. (5) If the person is determined to be inappropriate as a member due to other reasonable reasons.

Article 14 School closure/closure

This school may unconditionally close or close the school in the event of a natural disaster, change in social conditions, or any other reason that makes the school's survival difficult. The Company may change the venue, time, classes, courses, or close the School every fiscal year ending at the end of March. In that case, members shall be notified promptly.

Article 15 Changes to notification matters

  1. 1. Members (parents) must promptly notify the secretariat of any changes to their name, address, telephone number, email, etc. that they have submitted to the school.
  2. 2. If the notification from this school is not received due to the lack of notification in the preceding paragraph, this school will not be held responsible in any way.

Article 16 Handling of personal information

  1. 1. This school shall properly and carefully manage and protect members' personal information in compliance with laws and regulations related to personal information protection.
  2. 2.By joining this school, members and their guardians agree that photos and videos related to members may be posted on our website and used for other promotions for the purpose of managing this school or public relations activities. It shall be.

Article 17 Disclaimer

In the event that the business of this school and our company is suspended due to the reasons stipulated in each of the following items, this school and our company shall not be held responsible.

  1. (1) Force majeure such as natural disasters.
  2. (2) If there is a reason attributable to the telecommunications carrier, electricity supplier, delivery company, or other outsourced company of the Company or the secretariat.
  3. (3) Cases due to other reasons not attributable to the secretariat or our company.

Article 18 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. This school may revise these Terms at any time, and members shall acknowledge this in advance.
  2. 2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, notices will be posted on the Company's website as a general rule. From the time a member or guardian is notified in a manner that is recognizable, the new terms and conditions shall apply to all members, and all members shall comply with the new terms without objection.

Article 19 Governing Law

Japanese law shall apply to the establishment, effect, performance, and interpretation of these Terms.

Article 20 Agreed Jurisdiction

The Saitama District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any litigation relating to these Terms.

Article 21 Survival Provisions

The following provisions shall remain in effect even after membership withdrawal.

Article 22 Enforcement

These Terms shall come into effect from February 1, 2024.
