Held steward training

On the 11th, the Urawa Urawa Reds Supporters Association ``2024 1st Steward Training Session'' was held at the Saitama Stadium Ballroom, and 49 Urawa Reds Supporters Association Steward (Volunteer) staff members who support match management at home games attended. A number of people participated, sharing information in preparation for the start of the 2024 season and training on accepting guide dog users.



In the first part, Kazunori Inomata, chairman of Urawa Reds Supporters' Association, spoke on behalf of the organizers, saying, ``Stewards have an important role in connecting the supporters' association and the club, so I look forward to your continued support.''



Afterwards, President Makoto Taguchi, representing the guests, expressed his gratitude for their continued support, touched on the current situation of the club, the men's top team, and the women's top team, and said, ``I would like to share the joy of this season with all the stewards.'' Let's move forward together."



The Competition Management Division then shared information about the club's goals for operations and the changes in operations for the 2024 season.
Also, in the middle of the first part, Urawa Reds to Per-Mathias Hoegmo directors, Ken Iwao, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Urawa Reds Ladies to Fuka Tsunoda, and Ena Takatsuka, expressed their daily appreciation directly.

Finally, they explained the current status of the stewards, their goals, and the group's activities and plans for the 2024 season.

In the second part, a guide dog user from the Japan Guide Dog Association for the Blind was invited to give a lecture on "Accepting Guide Dog Users," and after receiving a lecture on how to guide a guide dog user, the participants actually experienced guiding a guide dog in the stadium seating area.



A social gathering was held during the third part, where many stewards and club staff got to know each other better.
