Regarding 2024 season tickets and award shipping dates
Thank you for always supporting Urawa Reds. We would like to inform you about season tickets and bonus shipping.
2024 season tickets will be shipped sequentially from around February 13th (Tuesday).
Season tickets will be shipped in the order they are received by those who have made a payment by January 17th (Wednesday), the deadline for payment.
If you do not receive it by Saturday, February 24th, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact Urawa Reds season ticket office below.
[Continuing season ticket holders]
Please continue to use the card membership card used for the 2023 season as it will be used for a long time.
However, for those who will be upgraded to the 2024 season (those who will be in their 5th, 15th, or 25th year of continuation in the 2024 season), those who will change their name, and those who will change their ticket type, etc. We will send you a new card membership card.
*For those who chose paper tickets, they will be shipped sequentially from around February 16th (Friday).
New season ticket holders
We will send a card membership card to all purchasers.
*Please use the digital membership card on your REX CLUB My Page until you receive your card membership card.
For those who purchased uniform premium set
For those who purchased uniform premium sets at the same time as season tickets, those without names and numbers will be shipped sequentially from February 7th (Wednesday).
*Season tickets will be shipped separately.
*Those with names and numbers will be shipped sequentially from February 10th (Saturday).
*For those without a name and number, factory crimping at Red Voltage will be accepted from February 17th (Saturday). Please be sure to bring the enclosed name and number ticket along with your uniform.
*Please fill out the required information in advance and bring your name and number ticket with you.
*Please be sure to check the precautions written on the name and number ticket.
*For the time being, we expect the store to be crowded and you may have to wait for the time being, so we ask that you please spread out your visits.
