We would like to inform you about the location of the REX CLUB booth for the 2023 season and changes to the service content, as home games will be held at Saitama Stadium from Saturday, April 15th.
Starting this season, a "support desk" will be set up at the REX CLUB booth inside the south gate. We will support those who are in trouble, such as those who are not good at operating smartphones or do not know how to redeem points. Please come and visit us.

On the day of the target match (5 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff time)
Next target match (opening ~ 30 minutes after the end of the match)
・Visitor point registration (approximately 30 minutes after opening to the end of the game)

* Visit points will be reflected on the REX CLUB My Page within 7 days after the match.
*Those with season tickets (IC cards) will be registered to attend the games covered by the season tickets at the same time as their admission is authenticated. Points will be reflected on your REX CLUB My Page within 7 days after the match.
*Those with season tickets (paper tickets) need to register their visit points even for games covered by season tickets.
*From this season, there will be no REX CLUB booth in the concourse C2 gate.
