2nd year "Kono Yubi TomaREDS! REDS Santa"
Following last year, "REDS Santa" was held for the second time.
This year, many people rushed to "Kono Yubi" from the preparation stage.
At Saitama Stadium 2002, donations were collected from Urawa Reds companies and other cooperating organizations. I was able to deliver it safely to the children's cafeteria.
On the 17th, an event was held at the Saitama Children's Cafeteria (Harayama, Midori-ku, Saitama City) to present the donated items to the children.
Redia also rushed to the Saitama Children's Cafeteria. Although some of the children were frightened, they actively communicated with the children and volunteers by giving high fives and taking pictures with smiles.
Among the children who received presents, there was an elementary school student who said, "I participate in Heart-full Soccer and is a big fan of both the Reds and Redia." There was also a preschooler who said,
For about an hour when the presents were distributed, the Saitama Children's Cafeteria was full of smiles not only among the children, but also among the parents and staff, creating a lively and warm atmosphere.

"I think I'm happy to live in Saitama. The number of people living in the area has increased, but I'm grateful that there is Urawa Reds. There are more children who like soccer Urawa Reds, but what can I say? However, there are regional differences in children's cafeterias, and I was consulted by someone who said, 'I feel lonely because I only have lunch boxes and vegetables.' The point was, ``Let's create a support group for the locals.'' Saitama City is blessed to have Urawa Reds Diamonds, but we have to do what we can in addition to that. As an initiative, not only do we provide meals, but we also give out homework using ingredients.This time, we will be handing out shrimp, and we will have the family make an original dish with the shrimp and send us a photo. Everyone is doing their best, and I'm glad that we can communicate with them based on their feedback, rather than in a one-way street."
