Regarding the match venue for the second leg of the ACL2022 final (progress report ⑥)
Thank you for your continuous support for Urawa Reds.
We would like to inform you of the follow-up report regarding the adjustment regarding the match venue for the ACL2022 Final Round 2, which we recently reported on.
Urawa Reds and Saitama Prefecture have agreed to implement the "Turf Renovation Work Urawa Reds at Saitama Stadium 2○○2 (Saitama Stadium) in March 2022. Since then, we have requested Saitama Prefecture to hold the final match at Saitama Stadium.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have supported these actions with a very large number of 58,430 signatures and a very encouraging signature.
In addition, we apologize to all fans and supporters, the Governor of Saitama Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, and the Japan Football Association (JFA), as there were many points that were not sufficient in our explanations and responses in the series of progress reports. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused to , and related parties.

Urawa Urawa Reds recently submitted a request form to Saitama Prefecture, and we have discussed within the club about the content of Saitama Prefecture's response and our future response, but the club will bear the costs required to change the construction period of the turf repair work. We have determined that it is financially impossible to achieve this due to the fact that it has greatly exceeded the scope of what we can do.
In the future, Urawa Reds will continue to negotiate with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in cooperation with the JFA and J. increase.
In addition, in the event that it is not possible to change the schedule, we will provide a world-class support environment unique to Urawa where everyone's thoughts will reach the pitch and the players at a stadium that conforms to the ACL regulations (seat capacity of 40,000 or more, lighting of 2000 Lux, etc.).
