"Mekuru Croissant Bread Livre" is made by folding dough made from domestic wheat and fermented butter from France into 27 layers, and incorporating a balanced amount of air into the bread, using a method that maximizes the aroma of the wheat and butter.
"Livre" means "book" in French, and you can enjoy the bread by turning over each slice like a book.
