First of all, I sincerely appreciate everyone for staying with us and fighting together until the end of this very difficult season.
It was not an easy season for Urawa Reds, and I feel that we made many of our fans and supporters feel disappointed.

To make improvements for next season, I need to start by reviewing my own decisions.
I need to make full use of my own experience, as well as the experience that all of our staff have built up, and prepare the team in the best possible way.
Next season will be a short, about four-month competition, and to achieve good results in that period, our preparation and precision will be extremely important. I will focus on those elements and stay fully committed to the team.

As we start the new season, I want to say thanks to the club for trusting me.
Next season, I want us to compete together with different feelings and a different atmosphere.
