We will be offering a seat change service as a special benefit for season ticket purchasers.
For this Trial, you will be able to change to back-upper seats.

* Home supporter's seat season ticket holders will be required to pay an upgrade fee of 1,000 yen (cash only).




[For season ticket IC card holders]
Your 2025 season ticket IC card will be checked at the seat change service reception desk. Please come to the designated desk with your card ready.



[Paper Season Ticket]
We will check the paper ticket you entered at the seat change service reception. Please be prepared and come to the dedicated desk.



*Applications can be made after you have entered the venue. Please enter with your ticket, and be sure to present all tickets for your group at the same time when applying.
*Depending on the number of seats you wish to reserve, we may not be able to provide consecutive seats.
*If your season ticket seat type is Home supporter's seat, an upgrade fee of 1,000 yen per ticket is required. (Please note that there will be no refund for seat types other than Home supporter's seat.)
*If you wish to change seats together with a non-season ticket holder, please purchase a Main Upper Reserved Seat ticket in advance. Seat changes cannot be made for non-season ticket holders only.

☆You can enter through either the north or south entrance gate, regardless of the entrance gate printed on your ticket.
However, if there is congestion at the entrance gate, we may ask you to wait to enter or we may restrict entry from the entrance gate printed on your ticket.
☆General tickets If you have a ticket for a reserved seat at home and plan to enter when the venue opens, you can enter smoothly by entering through the South Gate.
☆Tickets will be checked at each gate in the main lower stand and back lower stand. If you have a reserved seat season ticket, please do not forget to bring your information card. Thank you for your cooperation.

[About admission to Vistor lower seat]
・You can reserve a queue (with a sheet) from 10:00 AM on the day before Trial. The queue will be near the south visitor gate of Saitama Stadium.
*Reservation of queues (by pasting sheets) prior to this time will be prohibited and invalid, and all sheets or other items used to indicate the queue will be removed and destroyed.
・Queues for Vistor lower seat will be reorganized at 7:00 AM on the day of Trial. The queues will be on the visitor's side of the south gate of Saitama Stadium.
・ Vistor lower seat will open two and a half hours before kick-off. Entry is from the "South Gate Visitor Side." Please follow the designated route to Vistor lower seat.
・If you would like to record your attendance history using the One-Touch Pass, please use the One-Touch Pass terminals installed at the entrance gates. (You can also use the One-Touch Pass terminals at the temporary storage area on the stadium side of the North and South Gates.)
・Visiting supporters will also be allowed to re-enter.

* Advance application is not required for plain three-color flags (red, white, and black) that are L flag size or smaller.
