We are pleased to announce that Dip Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hideki Tomita; hereinafter referred to as "Dip") has acquired 2.0 percent of our total outstanding shares and will become a new shareholder.

Dip Corporation operates under the vision of being a "Labor force solution company," providing human resource services and DX services, and also has a strong interest in creating social value and revitalizing local communities through sports. Furthermore, it is the owner of the Saitama Broncos, a professional basketball team that operates with Saitama City and Tokorozawa City as its dual home towns and will be joining the B.LEAGUE ONE from the 2026-27 season.

Urawa Reds operates under the philosophy of "creating a rich community and society through sports," aiming to convey the excitement and joy of sports, including soccer, and to foster a culture where sports are an integral part of everyday life.

This acquisition of shares by Dip Corporation is a result of their shared understanding of our club's philosophy and medium- to long-term growth strategy. We are extremely encouraged that they will support our club from a medium- to long-term perspective.

Going forward, in order to realize the shared desire of both parties to "revitalize the local community," we will explore collaboration between Urawa Reds and Saitama Broncos.
