We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the forest fire that occurred in Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture on April 22nd.
In response to this disaster, Urawa Reds, together with our partner organization Friends of the United Nations Asia-Pacific, will be conducting a fundraising campaign to support those affected by the disaster.

All of the donations we receive will be delivered to Otsuchi Town through Iwate Grulla Morioka.

As part of the East Japan Earthquake Relief Project (now the Red Bridge to the Future Project), "Heart-full Soccer in Tohoku," Urawa Reds has been visiting Otsuchi Town every year since 2011, continuing to interact with many children and other local residents through soccer.
I sincerely pray that this fire will be brought under control as quickly as possible.
